I'd like to have the ability to have a funnel report that shows movement of contacts through the (lifecycle) stages at a particular time regardless of when they were created. I would want to add ROI, Deals and Revenue generated through specific ads to my dashboard.   I can access all this data in the ads specific reporting section but I can't transfer this data to a dashboard.   Currently it is not possible, even not in the BETA, to connect Ads data and deal data sources in the custom report builder. So I cannot add this data through this method... This feature would be useful for our Online Marketing Department and Analytics Department as well, so that they can easily see how much revenue, clicks, ROI, etc has been generated through a specific ad   ...read more

We'd like to be able to use the automation of moving a ticket to "Waiting on contact" when someone replies to a ticket but also be able to require a property to be set for that step.  For now, when you have the pipeline automation of moving the ticket when replying active it completely ignores required properties.   Our use case is that we have workflows related to followup on previous communication that are opt-in for tickets and when replying we'd like to enforce it so that our customer service reps actually have to explicitly choose. ...read more

Hi there, I use the sales meetings feature at trade shows and conferences to schedule meetings at the event. My preferred setting is to use the 'round robin' meetings, so that multiple sales people have the opportunity to have a meeting booked with them. However, there is no way for anyone but selected meeting attendee to see all the scheduled meetings. I propose a page to show all the booked meetings from that meeting link, so I (or anyone else who needs to) can keep track of the booked meetings and check people in as they come up to the booth.  ...read more

Hello! Currently, in regards to landing pages that have the "Private - registration required" audience control access type under Settings > Advanced Options: - You cannot update and publish a page without sending a new email prompting registration to all users on the list who haven't registered.  This is the message you receive before publishing: "An email inviting registration will be sent to any contacts in these lists who have NOT yet registered." We have over a thousand users that are not registered (I think), so I don't want to send them all an email every time I need to update the page, so I am severely restricted in updating the page. - Second in importance is that there is no way to pull up a list of all the users given access to your page and sort by registered/non-registered.  This is why in the previous paragraph I have to say "(I think)", because I really don't know how many of our two thousand invited users have registered for the page.  I vote that Hubspot addresses this so that you can publish these types of pages with no notifications to any users.  Thoughts?  Do you agree or have any questions? ...read more
