Hi,   It would be really useful if you could add a formatting functionality to single-text fields or numeric to record Australian ABN numbers in the correct format.   For example, Australian Business Numbers (ABN) are recorded as follows:    XX XXX XXX XXX Unfortunately, this isn't a feature in HubSpot right now and we need to implement a details note to the property to remind to enter the format correctly.    We really need to reduce human error on this field as we use it to match records across our finance system and our website site. Not all of our clients have a unique URL so this is the only number we can be sure is consistent across records in different data bases.    Is this something that can be looked into please? ...read more

I'd like to suggest that the display of the Chat Inbox be changed. Your current status is what should be bold/blue, not the status that you are NOT.  My brain constantly messes up because it tells me the bold text is what's "on." It's counterintuitive for the status that's "on" to be the one that's not highlighted in any way. Thanks! ...read more
