Hello,   This feature would be for the admin's and users because hopefully this will help manage everyone's time wisely. I have noticed that there are a few users I would like to add to our company, but the welcome email and set up is a hassle for them. Especially when the user is not going to be using HubSpot like most other users. For example, I need to add their name to a field that we have set up called "Sales Lead", but other than that the user will not be used for anything else.    I was hoping that if there could be a way around the welcome email or set up and just add the users (especially when their access if very limited). This would help with time management since it takes time out of their schedule to set up an account they don't use. This would also help admin's like myself so that they are not waiting for the user to complete the set up and I can get right to my task.  ...read more

We are looking out to create and automate custom reports(weekly) for the marketing email deployed and found "Email sent totals with engagement rates" on Hubspot. However, we could not customize it based on the Contact region or any other property.   Moreover this could not be automated unless added to a dashboard. It would be great to have the possibility to configure workflows with monthly or other periods (i.e.: quarterly, bimonthly, etc.) recurrence based on a date, instead of just annually.   For example, one of my goals with this is to create a monthly workflow to warn my clients by email/whatsapp to do their monthly investment in their investment portfolio (financial company here). Each client has a specific day of the month that is best for them to do the investment, so it would be ideal to remember each one of them in this date. Hi,   I'm not sure if this is a bug in a recent update, but there was a functionality I used very frequently that still existed as recently as 2 weeks ago at most. This was the ability to add/delete rows to an existing table in the "Send internal email notification" action. I often send notifications in the form of 2 column tables with the left side listing the property and the right side using a personalization token. If I need to add a new row later, it was always easy before.    However, now the insert/delete option has been removed and because you can't copy and paste personalization tokens, if I have a 15 row table and want to add 1 row, I have to re-create a 16 row table from scratch with all the formatting which is very frustrating. I'm not sure why this functionality would've been removed since it was so useful, I'm really hoping there was a recent bug in an update that can be solved. I did notice the UI for this functionality changed so it looks like there was definitely a release that was pushed since the last time I used this functionality. (I have other issues with this latest release, eg. it changed all the default settings so there's much more padding on each cell in the table which can be adjusted in the formatting but is now an additional element that needs to be caught each time which is pouring salt in the wound now that currently I'd need to account for new formatting changes as a result of this release in addition to re-creating entire tables from scratch just to add a single row.)   I hoping there's a simple solution to this one because it isn't asking for new functionality so much as it is re-instating functionality that existed less than 2 weeks ago.   Screenshot below is just a quick example of what I'm trying to do in case it's helpful (eg. trying to add a row where the red arrow is).     ...read more

Hi, I have turned off email tracking in the settings for the entire account.   I use the Hubspot Gmail extension. However, I regularly use bcc to send the emails to Hubspot for logging.  Now, however, each logged email displays the following notice in a blue box: "No tracking data is available for this email. xxx has logged this email but has not tracked it. Learn more."   Can this notice be blanket hidden? Due to internal regulations, email tracking is not compliant with our data process agreement as our internal departments might see a collision with GDPR here.    However, when I turned off email tracking for each email individually, the above mentioned blue box appeared in Hubspot on top of every logged email.  I thought when disabeling email tracking for the whole account, it might disappear; but it doesn't.    Is that something you could disable in future (at least when tracking is turned off for the whole account)? ...read more

Dear all.   We can set a certain font and size in the Hubspot email editor (example: Verdana, 11). However, from Conversations this is not possible and it always defaults to Sans Serif.   It would be very practical to always be able to respond from Conversations, and that the font we want was also set (not Sans Serif).   Thank you very much for your work and permanent improvements.   Best regards, Pablo Tellería inbestMe A.V., S.A. Just wasted an hour of my life entering 80+ filters for new deal "Score" property with a lot of attention to detail and care only to receive the following error message after clicking "Create":  "There is a duplicate rule in your score. Pleae check your score rules and ensure that they are all unique." There's no error indicator next to the duplicate fields and no other way to debug / test the filters so I now have to re-do this whole process, entering filters and testing as I go. It would be fantastic if there was: a) An indicator next to the "duplicate" filters b) A way to test / debug the filters (similar to workflows) Thanks! ...read more

After downloading email reports (excel), it takes huge amounts of time to create columns, add formulas, etc in order to present the data the way we need.  (E.g. percentages, etc).   Would save me hours to be able to download an excel doc with all columns in the proper formats ...read more
