We have multiple newsletters we want to send custom surveys for and each newsletter owner has their own checkboxes to ask feedback for newsletter content, but they all want to use the same question. Problem is, the Feedback tool will only let us create one question property for each question, meaning we need to have different questions for each survey to have different checkboxes to choose from. Moreover, once a survey has been published and the newsletter owner wants to change working on those chaeckboxes, we need to come up with yet another title for the question. Very frustrating and would be fixed if there were internal property names for questions, like there are for all other properties.

This little pop up - as picture - always gets in the way of the line item Name field. Would be great if it could be moved to the right hand side of the field so its our of that way when i want to click on the field to add my cursor and start typing

In the Windows version of the Outlook addin there is the feature that every CRM system out there can do, which is allowing to click a button on an email to have it tracked with the contact in the CRM system. For some amazing reason this does not work with neither outlook.office.com or the addin for Outlook on OS X (the Microsoft 365 server side installed addin). The log & track settings in the addin seems irrellevant. I really thought this was a bug, but multiple support requests have clarified that a feature request is needed to resolve this. I work with several clients rolling out Hubspot and this is the #1 complaint.

It would be nice to have a backup we can use for up to 2 weeks in the situation that a de-duping was done, but it merges incorrect information. Would like to have the ability to revert back to the original data records.

I need a way to be able to have a deal property that would allow me to insert multiple tracking numbers instead of having Tracking number 1. Tracking number 2 etc.... This would be an insert into a sub table that is a deal property.

I truly think it would be helpful if Hubspot could create a widget that automatically exports out whatever list you need with the chosen properties and sends it to your email every Friday, or the 1st of the month, etc. The most important aspect of automating the sending of a list is to be able to choose which properties need to be exported out.

I use sequencing emails to send reminders to customers regarding recent proposals sent to them to help generate more interaction with the customer to bridge the gap on closing the idea. Unless the customer responds to the sequence email, or the customer is manually unenrolled, they continue to receive the sequence emails. It would be nice to have the sequencing stop if the deal is moved to closed won or closed lost, if the customer provides a executed proposal or declanation thru a contuit other than the sequence email. A lot of time is wasted in searching for the open sequence to end once they submitted their intentions regarding closed won or closed lost.

I recently wanted to create a CTA that directed the lead to 2 URLs rather than one. The reason for this: if the person clicks the CTA they will currently be directed to the URL with their desired content. If you could choose 2, then they could be directed to their content AND on another tab, be directed to another landing page where you could post several other links etc that may be of interest to them. This should be a relatively easy feature to add and would be incredibly useful!

Olá pessoal, bom dia! Na nossa empresa usamos a ferramenta de campanha para analisar os e-mails e a parte de analisar e-mails, filtrando por campanha, extensivamente. Conseguimos nos organizar bem melhor e medir por gráficos de sessões, se os usuários estão realmente interagindo com nossos e-mails, inclusive, com nossos SMS (usando as URLs de rastreamento). Como somos uma Instituição de Ensino, nosso público possui várias divisões, tendo, por exemplo, leads antigos, novos, inscritos que não se matricularam de anos anteriores ao atual e algumas outras lógicas. Para realizarmos uma comparação justa, tivemos que criar campanhas separadas e desta forma, acabamos não tendo uma visão geral das nossas ações. Então pensamos na possibilidade de adicionar mais de uma campanha dentro do e-mail ou no criador de URL também, já que nos fluxos temos essa opção disponível. Com isso, seria possível realizarmos análises diferentes, comparar quantas interações temos em relação a leads antigos x leads novos, assim como os inscritos que não se matricularam antigos x inscritos que não se matricularam novos.
