i want to request the ability to automatically email chatflow/chatbot transcripts to a specific email.  i want to forward all chatflow transcripts to a specific company email. (people in the email will go through the chatflow conversations and qualify leads on their own)   currently this has to be done manually.    even on workflows, it is not possible to attach the full transcript. it is only possible to send a notification to hubspot users.    thanks   ...read more

I think there should be a stage during the import process where the platform let's you know the approximiate impact of the update before you have to hit submit. It would be better to understand the number of new accounts to be created of the number of accounts that will be updated based on the import file. This would allow for potential errors in the file to be found before the changes are applied. ...read more

Currently, accounts with the Business Units add-on can only have a single primary domain for each content type across the account. Additional domains for each business unit need to be set up as secondary domains.   This is an issue, because the Primary email domain overwrites the Secondary email domain set up for each businesss unit. So, in the email editor, the preview link defaults to the Primary domain. To change this, we need to turn on the web version, and change the business unit. For plain text emails, we should not have to create a web version just so that we can change this domain.   It would solve this problem for us if we were able to set a primary domain for each content type for each Business Unit. ...read more

When adding contacts to access private content, I'd like to have an option to send a manual link to create a password versus relying only on an email.   Many times, individuals are not able to find the email or have spam filters in place that don't allow it to easily be accessible. If we were able to send a manual link to complete the password creation process, we'd be able to help these individuals instead of them getting frustrated with the process. ...read more

We currently work with a client who has US and Canada separate social media pages. While the Social "Analyze" tool will allow you to filter the data based on selections on the accounts - you are unable to save this report into a dashboard and report by regional function holistically. You can only filter by platform and save to a report. E.g. if on Facebook you have a US and Canada separate page, to save this report to a dashboard, you'd be able to select all Facebook pages and report based on the platform. However, if you have a US Facebook, LinkedIn and IG page and similar separate pages for Canada and wanted to report the regions separately, you are unable to do so.   There is also no capability currently to build a similar custom report either.   Would love to see this feature improved especially for larger businesses who want to assess social page performances and KPIs at a regional level versus platform level.   ...read more
