Hi HubSpot Community,   I'm encountering an issue with the HubSpot Gmail extension when trying to log emails and associate them with deals. Here's the problem:   When attempting to log an email, the extension only displays a maximum of five deals in the association section. This is problematic for us as we have multiple deals with similar names, such as "dealname," "dealname DE," "dealname IT," etc. Unfortunately, the specific deal we need, "dealname" (without the country extension), often does not appear in the list of five results.   Currently, we have to manually associate emails with the correct deal in HubSpot after sending them, which defeats the purpose of using the extension for convenience.   Changing our deal naming convention is not an option due to internal processes and API connections.   I spoke with HubSpot Support, and they confirmed that this is a limitation of the extension, and there is no current way to increase the number of displayed deals or search beyond the five that appear.   I'm requesting an update to the Gmail extension to allow more than five results to be displayed or to enable more refined search capabilities when associating deals. This would greatly improve our workflow and utilize the extension more effectively.   Thank you for considering this request! I've just discovered that when a contact is rescheduled in a workflow because they enrolled outside of the run settings window we defined, that the reschedule is always 24 hrs after the enrolment time.    I propose removing the 24 hr buffer and reschedule running the workflow at the beginning of the run setting window.    Context:   We want to send our new customers a welcome email sequence during workdays (Mon-Fri) and working hours (8am to 7pm).   Our current options are to either 1. set the workflow to run once per day during workdays but this will delay the majority of our emails to D+1, or have our welcome emails sent end of day which is weird for marketing 2. use the run settings to allow for emails to be sent at any time during the set window.    However, using the run settings: if a customer signs up on a Sunday at 9pm, the customer will never advance through the workflow and will be stuck in the rescheduled state ad vitam because of the 24 hr buffer, they would always fall outside of our working hour settings.   The ideal solution would be number 2, with the default run time being the beginning of the set window (aka Monday at 8am) ... We often make drafts of our SOME posts for multiple channels. BUT why on earth can i 1) create on post which then gets nicely (but rough) drafted to all our channel - but still is in one simple and nice overview BUT 2) when i save it as a draft you decide to split it into "one post per channel" so that I loose my overview and my "one place for major edits before i do channel specific edits"?   If I have e.g. 8 SOME channels in my work path, then the draft should stay as ONE. ... Once in a while one of our SOME platforms will act up and the posts scheduled will fail. Thats all fair - BUT - why is it that when we then reschedule the posts to another date, that the original posts with the old dates stay as failed?    If it failed and i reschedule then its just back into the "scheduled" pack with them. Dont keep them in the failed bucket. It makes your overview very cluttered and the process is simply illogical.   ... Mehr anzeigen
