It would be nice to have the ability to click "actions > clone line item" within the editing screens of the quote. For example, some of our vendors use the same sku for every single product and the description and price changes. I find the cookie consent lacking. It is very generic and you don't have the ability to customize it according to GDPR. We've had to use third party cookie consents for our clients.   We should be able to customize the consent further so the user have more power to manage their consent. The short explanation: - In ticket pipeline automation we want to be able to create a task for the owner of the ticket, when the ticket moves to a specific step of the pipeline, and then assign the newly created task to the ticket that triggered the automation.   The end goal: - When a task is completed, it is registered in the activity timeline of the ticket, and updates the "last activity" property of the ticket.   For more context: We are building our customer support and success rig on Hubspot and have successfully built a lot of automations to help us efficiently deliver great experiences for our customers. When building the onboarding process and setting up automations, we are using tickets to keep track of the process and how the customers moves through the different stages.   One BIG problem we have stumbled upon, is that we are not able to create tasks and associate them to the onboarding-ticket. This really mess up the tracking and reporting for us, as task completion is not tracked back to the activity on the ticket.   The result is that the ticket seems to be "untouched" and we end up asking the CSMs or Support agents why they have not done anything to move the ticket forward.   Ideally, we want task completions to: Be able to trigger automations for the ticket. I'd like to suggest that HubSpot consider allowing the Company Name Section to be alphabetized first, and then the Contact Name Section within the Company Name Section, second.  When thinking about it, it is a more logical & effecient way to organize the screen; similar to organizing/alphabetizing "by Company Name nd then by Contact Name" in Outlook' contact list.   This would help when having the need to update information for multiple contacts within a specific compnay. ...read more

Posting on behalf of a customer here: Would be great if each meeting link is allowed a secondary availability window/custom date range so that the meetings tool is flexible and able to better match one's schedule. Considering that overseas travel is becoming more frequent, having the ability to set the availability window according to one's next timezone in advance would be greatly convenient and maintains consistency for customers. We share some sensitive information, where we would not want the user to be able store and share files we share on their own terms. We would benefit from restricting files to view only when we share via email.   For example, we have a file ready to share, instead of making them log in to our website, we'd like to make it more user-friendly for the user to be able to view directly in an email - however, right as it is now they will be able to download the file  and possible distribute on their own terms.  ...read more

As a marketing team, year round we utilize the Inclusion list and are rather happy with it. For example, We use HS for marketing purposes, and therefore do not sync "Customers" on a regular which works to help us keep our sync volume down. However ever 3 months or so we host an offline event where we invite customers, prospects, partners, etc and we want to have all people pass through the sync from hubspot to salesforce. It would be a great idea to allow the user to select specific workflows to bypass the inclusion list and sync anyway.
