Currently, there's no way to report on New Contacts or New Customers created by a web page beyond the defaults in HubSpot. Meaning, if you'd like to look at any contact properties of a New Contact or Customer created by web pages (e.g., Postal Code, Lifecycle Stage, Original Source Drill-Down 1, etc.,), you'll have to save a/add to a static list each time, and for each separate page you're reporting on.   When looking at the page performance for a web page, you can only add New Contacts or New Customers to a static list. We need the capability to "Create an active list" or even report so we can do further analysis on new contacts/customers without having to manually add New Contacts or Customers to static lists each day.   Another option would be to create a property for this, similar to First Touch Converting Campaign, so there's a way to filter for this, as there's currently not. Currently, round-robin calendars are only true round-robin calendars from a functionality point-of-view. From a personalization point-of-view, they stink.    Once it is determined whose calendar should appear for the contact, you should be able to display the appropriate team member's avatar or custom set image, rather than using the company avatar or a single custom set image for all team members.    The same goes for the meeting link that gets sent out in the invite once a meeting is booked. So while the round-robin calendar uses the specific team members calendar availability, it does not let each member use their own link/room for the meeting.    So... if Team Member A books a meeting for 1pm, Team Member B can't book a meeting for the same time even if they are available, because the meeting link/room will be in use by team member A!   The bottom line is this, in order for round-robin calendars to be true round-robin calendars both in function and personalization, we need to be able to edit the scheduling page and features for each team member included on a round-robin calendar so that it displays each member's scheduling page/calendar, rather than just displaying the same calendar for everyone and pulling in the specific team member's availability.  ...read more

A report that tells you the best day and time of day to send emails would be incredibly helpful. It would aggregate data from all past email sends in your account to gather the result. The "Industry Standard" recommendations are fine, but I'd like to know based on our actual sending history. We have thousands of emails, so compiling a report of aggregated data should be a feature. It would be nice to have the ability to add search synonyms to the Hubspot website search. Our site covers the healthcare and financial services industry and it would be nice to have the ability to extend the search to display variations of search terms.   Having worked with other CMS systems - you could specify a term and then provide synonyms in a comma-delimited list. For example: lift-out - lift out, liftout advisor - adviser   In some cases, Hubspot search will catch items such as searching for "broker dealer" will include items with "broker/dealer" and "broker-dealer"   We just want to extend the search engine's capabilities specific to our industry and terminology.   Thanks,   AndrewinKC ...read more

We have Company address and Industry information, but if we want to easily plot this information on a Geographic map, I have to export this data from HubSpot and put it into PowerBi.  It would be great if a new report visualization could be created to simply allow users to plot on a map where their Companies are located and filter by industry/segment/verticle as needed.  This would help quantify our Company data in HubSpot, without having to export and recreate in another platform. ...read more
