At our organization, we heavily rely on the Deal List View in HubSpot to manage and monitor the status and progress of our deals. However, we've encountered a significant limitation – the inability to perform actions directly from this view. We believe that adding a "Quick Actions" column would greatly enhance our efficiency and streamline our workflow for the following reasons: Reducing Tab Clutter: Opening individual deal pages for each action we want to take leads to a cluttered workspace with numerous tabs. Having a Quick Actions column would save us from constantly opening and closing tabs, creating a more organized work environment. Alignment with Advanced Filters: Our Deal List View is tailored to our needs with advanced filters. When using the both Google Chrome Browser -or- Hubspot-functionality to return to the previous page from a deal, it often leads us back to an incorrect view due to our filtered setup. This not only disrupts our workflow but also wastes valuable time. Time Efficiency: Time is of the essence in our sales processes, and having a Quick Actions column would significantly reduce the time spent navigating between deals and initiating actions. This, in turn, would allow our team to focus more on selling and less on administrative tasks. This feature would greatly enhance our productivity!
