Hey y'all, I hope all is well. I recently learned that HubSpot is supressing email sends to contacts who have bounced in another clients instance (even though we have no recroded "hard bounce" in our system)- wow!   I thought this was super "neato-burritto" and was very impressed with the community of data-hygine that HubSpot is cultivating with this feature. 👏   I made our list of "global bounced" contacts and added this surpression on our database- we don't need these folks to be "marketing contacts" and even on lists for 1:1 outreach, because why waste our reps time contacting an invalid email address- our reps loved this and life was good. (if anyone is not aware of this feature: Thanks support! https://www.loom.com/share/13437df363774293a6baa818d1a490fe)   UNTIL...I noticed this was a static list and not updating with new "global bounce" contacts like an active list would.   I reached out to support because I must have done something wrong, but alas- we simply cannot make an active list at this time.   This is no longer a super cool feature- now this is a chore to complete every week (pulling a new list and adding to supressions)- ok but it's still a cool feature, but...   Submitting this idea: can we make our Global Bounce list active? Not static.    Thank you! ...read more

I set up an automated email to remind contacts that their signature is still required on a hubspot quote. I used a quote personalisation token 'Link to Hosted Quote' to pull through the link to the quote in the email, but when I did a test send to myself, the link is not hyperlinked. This means that the contact will have to copy and paste the link in their browser to view - which isn't very user friendly. I have spoken to hubspot support about this and apparently hyperlinks in automated emails is not currently available.    In this scenario when you are encouraging a contact to sign a quote, it would be a lot more user friendly and convenient to have the the links hyperlinked.  ...read more

I would like to propose to include a measurement in reporting that is nonexistent now: link clicked - and to be able to choose a specific link from mail. I would like to make a report with all these stats for certain emails: sent (nr), opened (nr), open rate, clicked conversion link, and maybe even click rate for conversion link. We use lists as a means of distribution of leads between different representatives.   We need to draw their attention to the list when contacts are added after they have cleared the list completely and we do not want to send them an individual notification when a single contact is added as this will only swampt them with emails.   Having the possibility to create notifications triggered when a lists has a certain volume of members would be great help. ...read more

It would be very helpful if the user could create a custom "Call Title" instead of the default when logging the call. My company has a certain naming system for these logged calls which we refer to as "call reports".   What do I mean by call title?   At HubSpots current state, I have to log the call, go to "Calls", click into the call, then change the title of the call. Use Case: Whenever a new lead comes in, we send that lead to a slack channel for everyone to see. In that slack message, the BDR/SDR is tagged to alert the new lead eg "@JohnDoe has a new Lead". Zapier is currently doing this for me.   What I can't do in Hubspot that I'd like to: Ability to tag the owner/user's slack name within the slack message.  Currently, the options are to send the owner a message, but not tag the owner within the message (screenshot with current options attached).   Value/What this solves: 1-This removes a big reliance on Zapier. I use this feature on all of our new lead and meeting notifications. 2-The @-mention within the message gives visibility to everyone that the message has been sent and the owner is tagged appropriately.   ...read more

When I have a link from one article (e.g. Article "A") to another (e.g. Article "B"), is there a way that I can find where / what other article ("B") is referenced ? I might have referenced it in Article A and some other article as well. The reason I want to know is that if I change the name and URL of Article "B" ,  I want to be able to update the links in the other articles.   (I realise that I can run the SEO scan, but that takes several hours, and I don't want to leave potentially incorrect links live while the scan runs. Can we please have the option to set preffered limits to the number of emails we send out in a sequence?   For example, we enroll 1000 contacts in a sequence and we want to be able to limit the number of daily emails sent in this sequence to 50 per day.    That would help a lot to discover what works and doesnt work in a campagne before sending out the whole batch.  ...read more
