It's very helpful being able to create Custom Views in an Inbox.   However I would like to be able to create Views for my client where a certain phrase or word is included in the Conversation Subject/Title or body. To start off, it would be great if live chat chatflows (as distinguished from chat bot chatflows) had their own "Details" dashboard. Or at the very least, some way to count the number of conversations that are initiated with them, regardless of whether the responding agent creates a ticket for them.   In lieu of that, it would be great if the "Conversation website URL" activity filter had the option for "contains" instead of just "contains exactly". Between consistent URL paths and UTM tags, this would make it easier to understand the ratio of high-quality to low-quality conversations our customer engagement team has to field. ...read more

Hello!   This ease-of-use enhancement idea is to rename the "is known" property in workflows to read instead "is known or updated" or, the scalable solution would be to separate those functions.  Today, many customers do not realize (how could they?) that the "is known" parameter will also activate anytime that field is updated and it is very frustrating.   Request is to re-label "is known" as an interim solution and then, as architecture allows, separate these functions. ...read more

If a contact submits a comment, it is held in a property ‘Last NPS survey comment’. If that contact later responds to a survey with only a score and no comments, the property does not get cleared. So, the comment from the last time they submitted a comment persists in the ‘Heads Up’ emails. This causes some confusion on a couple of submissions where it was a low score, but a positive comment from a previous survey response. As a work around, we removed the token for the property from the Heads Up emails, but we're wondering if HubSpot can add functionality into the product to just consider responses without comments as a ‘null’ comment. ...read more

We can now set the probality % per deal phase ourselves as a static number. What would be great, is if Hubspot would advise the right %.  By historical data, Hubspot should know the average % of deals in a specific stage that eventually turn into a 'win' or 'lost', better than that we can estimate this number ourselves.    Getting advice, and hubspot changing this when changes occurs, would be a more proactive approach.   ...read more

Hubspot is great for managing users and embedding easily on to a website... but to say the pop up formatting optionality is lacking is the understatement of the year.   In other forms, like embedded forms, I have the option to make it look pretty much however I want it to. But, the popup for exit intent is frankly ugly. I would love to be able to customize the format in some ways, like, rezie the image, or, resize the entire callout box! Mailchimp and other services do this much better than Hubspot. For the price tag, I would love to have a truly all-in-one option for popups.    Anyone else agree? I have seen it all over the message boards like Here and here but so far HS has been crickets on this functionality.   The value: higher conversion rates, prettier popups, and more leads!!   Let's do this.
