Currently there is a CSV import and a sync option when you are on the import page. There should be a 3rd option here to migrate data from another software. When customers are onboarding to HubSpot, the CSV import does not cover the full requirements of getting legacy data into the platform (i.e. tasks, meetings, calls, attachments, parent/child company structure, secondary contact emails, etc. that can't be done with CSV imports). A migration option using API to retain all legacy data into HubSpot should be a built-in option to make it easy to start using HubSpot after signing up.
