My sales team makes their calls through HubSpot. I would like for them to go to a contact page, click the Call icon, then be able to select a playbook from within that call window. I have Playboook set up that can log a call, but if the sales rep does this and calls from HubSpot, then they're double-logging calls. I would like an easier way for playbooks to be used during the calling flow. My ultimate dream would be the following: when I create a task as an admin, I want to select the playbook and call type. Once the task is created, the sales rep would click on the task. The task would take them to the contact page and they would click the Call button to call from within hubspot. The call window would populate with the playbook information. When the call is complete, the notes from the playbook would be saved as well as any other notes from the sales rep about the call. This eliminates a large margin of error that currently exists.
