We use the same email in support to send all our responses out of HubSpot, e.g. support@example.com. In the Recent Communications section of the new Overview tab on tickets, emails are summarized using the name from the Contact record. E.g. Recent communications Customer Support sent an email to Development December 14, 2022 Customer Support sent an email to Development December 12, 2022 John Doe sent an email to Customer Support December 9, 2022 Customer Support sent an email to John Doe December 9, 2022 John Doe sent an email to Customer Support December 6, 2022 We have multiple team members. It would be very useful to us if the Recent communications also listed the From name used in the Email in the summary if it differs from the name in the Contact record. EG: Recent communications Customer Support (Martin Reeves) sent an email to Development December 14, 2022 Customer Support (Anne Hollis) sent an email to Development December 12, 2022 John Doe sent an email to Customer Support December 9, 2022 Customer Support (Anne Hollis) sent an email to John Doe December 9, 2022 John Doe sent an email to Customer Support December 6, 2022
