Hi,   I am completely lost on why you would only have the option to "Get prompted to create a followup task every time you complete a task from the TASK list" and NOT when you complete a task from DEAL or COMPANY instead as you actually need to call or email directly from a deal or company and see previous email exchanges, logged calls, etc before completing a task -so why would you need to go back to the task list to complete it and be prompted? this makes no sense to me.     ...read more

Hi team I worked with a customer who requested for the ability to export the full list of reports and dashboards currently in their portal. I understand that we do not currently have this feature. Use case: Customer has 900+ reports in their portal and they need an overview of all these reports and who they are currently being owned by, so as to ascertain if some of these reports should be assigned to another user. I have built out some pretty extensive automated email workflows and in them I often use the same Automated Email in multiple workflows. The problem I dont want contacts receiving the same email twice. I know there are complex workaround for this but having the options in the Send Email workflow step to skip or resend would streamline such an important part of email automations. ...read more

Our graphic designer and other content creators often need to work with an image--e.g. add a new one or replace an old one when our product gets updated--then click over to the page where the image is used to make updates (e.g. re-add the image to make sure the URL gets changed, change alt text, etc.)   Good news! There's a handy "File usage" section of the file details that shows where the image is used and provides links to edit those pages.   Bad news: While this works well for blog posts and marketing pages, it does not work for knowledge base articles. The link provided takes us to something that looks like the blog post editor, not to the normal knowledge base article editor. Would be great to view the marketing emails sent to the contacts associated with a deal on a deal card - in particular, if they are sent via a deal workflow. Currently, they appear on the contact which is an easy way to view them but it would be even better to have them show on the deal activity feed ...read more

Request:  Auto-Sync tool to move images From Google Drive to HubSpot File Manager.   Goal:  Move tested/qualified/approved Image(s) automatically from Google Directory to the Hubspot File Manager. Replacing manual process of uploading images.   Process Flow: 1) QA would qualify SEO Image(s) and move them to a drive/directory located on Google Drive.   2) Hubspot would monitor Google Drive  3) Hubspot would then move the new image into the Hubspot file manager 4) Use Hubspot internal email to notify Product Marketing/Product Development about new images.   Current Process: 1) QA moves the Qualified image(s) to Google drive/directory 2) QA notifies DEVOPs of the new image(s) to be moved to HubSpot 3) DEVOP's manual process to move new image file(s) from Google Drive and upload new images to Hubspot File Manager. 4) DEVOPs contacts Product Marketing/Product Development about new images available for Web, Landing Pages, Forms, and other uses.   Note:  Current manual process works for a  hundred plus images, but broke down quickly when we reach over 1,000's images in multiple files.   Additional Request: For Directory Taxonomy Structure on Google Drive be duplicated within HubSpot File Manager.   Thank You       ...read more

Hey, we are building a lot of feedback/review playbooks and logging them as notes on our dealboards. For example, if we win or lose a pitch, the team debriefs answering q's in a playbook, this is then saved to the dealboard as a note and anyone can then review that in the future. Especially handy if we are pitching for a similar piece of work.   One problem, currently, when you log a playbook as a note, it just logs the questions and answers, simple as that. It would be really useful if it also added the title of the playbook, that way the person looking at it in a years time knows what they are looking at, even if that playbook has been removed or changed.   It may be that we have several playbooks logged on one dealboard too, so being able to include the title will just add a little more context to the data.   Thanks. ...read more

I have a custom notification workflow set up for our team to be notified about certain ticket activity. Notification preferences seem to only allow "Bell" notification for custom wrofklows but we need the ability to recieve Pop-Up or Desktop notifications as well.      Is this currently possible or something that can be added?   ...read more
