Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? All Hubspot Users / Administrators What is their goal? Keep integrity of data without having to rename or delete original values What value will this add? Right now, we do not have a method to set a value to inactive when using a 'Multiple checkboxes' field type as a Hubspot property. Our current option is to either delete the value or rename it with an INACTIVE prefix, neither are ideal. In order to delete this value, ALL records referencing this value must be removed. Renaming it to INACTIVE does not actually prevent this value from being selected in the future. Are there examples of other places or products who have this feature? This functionality exists in forms, but not under properties. The desired function is to have an additional 'Inactive' column that can be toggled on/off to prevent future selection of the value. We've recently connected HubSpot with Google Ads for Google Enhanced Conversions, where ad conversion actions are created and synced between HubSpot and Google to track long term performance of leads. This has created a conversion action within Google Ads specifically for imports from HubSpot. Right now, our lead conversion actions include Paid RFI, Organic RFI, and HubSpot Leads.   Looking through the data we're trying to figure out how HubSpot leads correlate to the other two categories, as the numbers don't quite match up in the way we were expecting. I can export contacts that are sourced from/interact with Google Ads from HubSpot, but when these numbers don't match with the events that HubSpot syncs with Google Ads, we can't really figure out why. Without knowing which contacts are actually syncing with Google Ads, there's no clear way to determine where the issue is coming from or if we're misinterpreting the data.   What would be really helpful is the ability to see which contacts HubSpot has synced with Google Ads, to get further clarity on how these groups interact with each other. Would be great if we had AutoSave for Contacts and any Custom Objects created. Would be nice if in a contact record and in a drop down field if you made a change it would AutoSave instead of having to remember to click save. ...read more

Hi, I create monthly emails to prospective residents and currently use a CTA button to schedule personal tours. Their Info is then used in HubSpot workflows, etc. etc. I would find it extremely helpful if I could generate a CTA, get the link from that CTA, and insert it in a button created by another app (i.e. Stripo) - I find the HubSpot styling tool very limited and basic. It would save a lot of time by just using the code in my template instead of having to go back and forth every time I make an adjustment.   Thank you. ...read more

On the email performance tab, there is a box that shows the list of engaged contacts - opens and clicks - and the # of times they opened and/or clicked that email, BUT it is not possible to export that list from this widget on the performance page. It would be great to have the ability to create a custom report to create this list.  At the moment, it is not possible. I have to export the entire recipient list and create a pivot table by event type, to show the totals of opens and clicks by contact for that email. Please consider this report type, additionally, it would be great to pull in the contact properties into this report, not just the contact email address. ...read more

Problem: As a member of the CS team, I often need to enroll contacts who have already been sold in post-coaching/training sequences to ensure they are taking action after our session. A contact can only be in one sequence at a time. If a contact is already in a sequence, I cannot easily see from the Contact Record which Sequence they are enrolled in. If they are enrolled in a Marketing Sequence, I can inform that team that I am unenrolling them for now, as they are in a different part of the customer journey. ...read more

Hello, We use an especifict VAT (%) along with every quote that we sent to customers. So in order to avoid mistakes, Could it be possible to add a simple check button to set these VAT/taxes to be maintained on future quotes? e.g. after the button is checked, every other quote will have automatically the tax applied.
