Hello, I would like to request that you fix the problems with the way data is updated in HubSpot when a Shopify order is added to HubSpot 1) If there is an email match from Shopify to a Hubspot order, the order should be added, but the customer first and last name should NOT be updated. Right now if there is an email the first and last name is overwritten with either the billing name or ship to name..which is often wrong. If I then search for a client by name in HubSpot, there is no match as the name has been overwritten. I then need to search by company, look at all contacts in a company to see which one has been overwritten (time consuming and potentially we could lose client data) Hubspot takes great care to make sure there is only one EMAIL per contact, so Hubspot should make sure that the name associated with the EMAIL is does not get corrupted, Contact Name should NEVER be updated automatically. 2) We need to have more fields mapped. We should be able to import all the bill to and ship to contact, address and phone # fields. Right now it is limited. 3) We need to be able to map the company name field. This is a problem. Currently when an order is entered through the interface, we now need to go to shopify and manually copy and paste, the company, phone number and any other contact info needed into Hubspot. This is very timeconsuming and all salesreps must stop selling and do data entry. This has been an ongoing problem, your prompt attention is appreciated. Thank you,
