When tickets are merged, we used to be able to see the message " Ticket (name) was dissassociated" when accessing the merged ticket in the conversations inbox. This allowed us to keep track of conversations that no longer needed to be updated due to the merge. Currently, for tickets that have been merged, there is no form of indication in the conversations inbox that lets us know that the particular ticket we're looking at has been merged with another ticket. It would be great if there is a message that displayed that the ticket has been merged with another ticket. This would beneficial in terms of ticket prioritisation, managing duplicates, avoiding updates that are not necessary etc. 😊
