This feature request is to serve Sales teams to allow for better deal management and reporting.   We'd like to be able to categorize line items by type and have the ability to calculate subtotals on a deal depending on the line items added. For example, if I'm selling my SaaS solution, and I have line items that fall under ARR (annual recurring revenue) such as subscription/license fees, and then line items for one time fees like service or implementation, I'd like to see a subtotal for each type of line item. E.g., "Total ARR" as a calculated field that sums up all recurring revenue line items, and "Total Fees" to calculate all one-time fee line items. Ideally, this would roll up into the deal total, so that we could see the total value of the deal that is closing and report on deals with recurring revenue to help forecast for future growth.   ...read more

I want to know how to filter email opens/clicks to show count > t+1 min (or t+2), where t= time email sent? Email recipient bots screen incoming emails so it is opened 1 or more times within the first 1 minute of the 'sent' time (t+1 or t+2) I want to ignore/subtract these early opens/clicks from the tally and warning process. We often need to reuse text in our knowledge base articles.   The snippet is not for code - the snippet might have text, graphics, links, tables, etc just like regular article content.   The obvious benefit is that if something is changed in the snippet, that change is automatically propagated among all relevant articles. In the Marketing Hub drag & drop editor, there seems to be a spell check running automatically. This spell check currently only recognizes English input and I would like to turn this spell check off since my company is composing many emails in other languages than English so it is quite distracting to constantly see everything underlined in red in the editor.   Edit: I am not sure but this spellcheck may actually just be coming from my browser (FF) and not Hubspot. ...read more
