When a Hubspot user unsubscribed from the notifications emails, the administrator cannot send him an email to let him re-subscribe. We have to ask the support team to send this email. It would be easier to add a functionnality that would let the administrator send this email, just like it is already possible to send it to contacts. ...read more

I work as a real estate agent and our task workflows are ALWAYS dependent on dates. (Contract date, Requisition date, Close date, etc)    I think it would be a great idea to create tasks that are dependent on date properties within a deal. The ability to create workflows with +/- dates from a date already exists within Hubspot. This function is not accecible within task workflows.    Our current workaround is to shoot off our entire task workflow immediately and reschedule them one by one. When I have a deal that needs a contract, I need to check to see if a Contact and a Company are associated. If not I will throw a warning with the task tool to my sales reps. We are in the process of rolling out our knowledgebase through HubSpot, but we have hit a major snag with our planned implementation. We are able to restrict access to articles based on contact lists, which is great. However, all articles can still be searched if they are published even if the knowledgebase user is not part of the list for a given article.   When the user clicks on the article returned in the search, they receive a message that they are not authorized to view the article. It would be better if the user was never presented with articles that they are not authorized to view in their search results. ...read more
