Hi team, I would like to have a schedule option for my chat welcome message. For example, my welcome greets my users and basically tells them "hey, come here and chat with me!", but if I don't have an agent online, then the welcome message loses its purpose. Currently, I'm manually activating and deactivating it (the welcome message), as my agents come online/offline. Because of the nature of this workaround, it may tend to human-errors, which I would like to avoid as soon as possible. Let me know what you think 🙂
