I'm currently unsure of whether I can bulk edit create date, first referring site, and a few other properties via the API, but would like to talk to my engineering team about doing so. It's tough to get them started though without knowing which properties can and cannot be edited through it.
each record should have an option to fully load history but only at the users discretion, not for everyone automatically so it does not slow loading speed. Scrolling through a contact takes just as long as it would to wait for a huge amount of data to load.
With the recent loss of paid Google Custom Search (as of April 2017 you can only use the version with ads) it would be great if HubSpot had a built-in alternative to custom on-site search.
The current HubSpot search doesn't give you a way to see what people have searched for on your website. This insight would be incredibly useful. Even if there was a way to view the search results through Google Analytics, I'd be thrilled.
We need to be able to enrol contacts and companies based on a contact/company property field being updated on a relative date (e.g. TODAY, TOMORROW, etc). We are using Hubspot as a way to faciliate our Product Qualified Lead (PQL) processes so this functionality is very important to use in order to get leads to the Sales team at the right time.
Salesforce has similiar functionality and it would make a significant difference to how our workflows would be structured.
Hello, If companies get merged (or just deleted in Salesforce), it'd be great if HS reflected this change too. Currently, it leaves the empty husks of post-merge accounts (which get deleted in SF) and it confuses users. Cheers, Jiri
The team calendar should allow every member to customized their available time slots. In another words have the option for default availbility to overwrite customized availbility.
This is because if i am looking to implement a 24 hours meeting link (i.e Customized availability is set to all day). If one of my colleagues are seated in the States while I am seated in Singapore, their 12pm is my 12am.
However due to the customized availability overwriting the default availability ---> if my colleague is not available at 12pm and I did not block off myself at 12am in my Google calendar, it will identify me as available and have the option available for selection in my meeting link. This resulted in me having to block off every day when I am off work in my google calendar and it becomes really cluttered.
It will be helpful if we have a feature to block off the timing that we are off work.
When working on sites for clients, I have often noticed that there are those clients who think you need to upload a large hi res image (granted unless your client is a photography client) in order to just simply display it as a 200x200 square on their website. It would be awesome if you could integrate with something like TinyPNG for image optimization when it is uploaded to the site. This would then allow us to know that the clients are using a nicely optimized images for web. You could either incorporate it as a new tab so people could simply choose which images they want to optimize, then once selected they can click "optimize" and those images would be added under a new folder or in the same location with '_hsoptimized' at the end of the file name. -or- You can have it be a checkbox when uploading such as "optimize image?" and if they use the drag and drop, just dont optimize by default. More info on TinyPNG API here https://tinypng.com/developers
It would be cool for Hubspot to track what email clients users are using to open emails. No secret emails don't render well in Outlook and I would like to know if it is worth my time customizing my templates a little differently.
I would really like to see WHICH links in an email a contact clicked via their profile. Right now it only shows if they clicked something and when, but not which link. Seems like an easy fix that would have a big impact?
