We need to understand how to properly track sales email clicks within Contact Views, Reports and Notifications. We currently only have the ability to utilize the three "recent sales email" contact view fields but that only provides a date, total counts would be more helpful and that is NOT an option within HubSpot currently. We know we can see the information on the contact record but don't understand why it can't be pulled into a view or a report to take action on the activity.   We want to be able to see how many times a contact has opened an email, clicked on an email and create workflow or other notifications when contacts take actions like that, or create additional workflow automations based on that data.   We want to be able to show reporting that details how many sales emails have been opened and clicked and attribute them to a campaign whenever possible. ...read more

Hello,    I noted that we can't search for an attachment from the general account search bar.  Currently we can only search for attachments in the right dashboard of the screen, making it cumbersome and inefficient.   So, would it be possible to include the attachments in the serach bar, by specific words?   Tks.,     ...read more

Meeting links are categorised in the same way as forms but they don't display the same information.   It would be very helpful to view where the meetings links have been used in the same way you can with standard forms. That will ensure that any workflows can be updated easily with the correct meeting link. ...read more

There is an out-of-the-box soltuion for contacts to opt in/ out of subscriptions by clicking a link in an email. In the same way, just sending an email, we like a selfservice for our contacts to maintain properties/ information stored in Hubspot (ie. name, email, phone etc.). Where thinking of a form where we can decide what proprerties to show and the fields are prefilled with existing information when contact click the link in the email. ...read more

When we edit a form we can send submission notification to a Team (several user are noticed) but when we edit this submission notification directly to a Landing Page we can only send a notification to an email not a Team. So if we use the same form for several region, we can't split notification to send them to the right marketing manager for example ...read more

Hubspot tells me that there is no way to log emails automatically sent from iOS or Android devices.  The only solution is to manually enter the BCC email address each time you send an email or use the Hubspot app (which isn't quite up to snuff to Gmail and other mobile email apps).  I have a simple solution that will work perfectly, at least for Google Workspaces.   SOLUTION: Allow us to customize the logging behavior for the Hubspot BCC emails.     It's already possible to create additional BCC emails but the default behavior of Hubspot is to create a new contact for someone you email that isn't already in your CRM.  For some, this may be ok but for me, I don't want random people I email on a daily basis in my CRM.  So by allowing us to customize the logging behavior just as you did for the Chrome Gmail plugin to only log and track for existing contacts only, this solves the problem.   Once you have a BCC email that logs/tracks only existing contacts, then you can update your Google Workspaces account to automatically BCC this new email address to all outgoing emails.  Takes just a few minutes to configure and it can be done domain-wide for all users.     This way, every email sent from your email domain will automatically have the Hubspot BCC email added and it will only track existing contacts, preventing your database from swelling with irrelivant contacts. ...read more
