Rather than just having the ability to show Open and Close it would be great if you could show all pipeline stages in the customer portal status for tickets. That way customers can truly understand where their tickets sits in the pipeline and have visibility on this. For example - New - Waiting on Contact - In Progress - Delivered - Closed

You can set and report on differnert call outcomes. But currently you just keep adding to this list and can get messy and cause inaccuaracy in the users selection. If you were able to set differnet call outcomes per user, each user/team can have beposke call outcomes which are specific to them - rather then having 1 long list for everyone to pick from.

I am a Customer Support Specialist and I am currently in the midst of moving all of our activities to HubSpot. While configuring Facebook Messenger integration I encountered a roadblock. We currently operate in two languages, Polish an English. The integration forces the use of an instant reply which can only be set in one language. This unfortunately makes the integration unusable. I am aware that it is possible to configure HubSpot chats so they take into consideration the clients location but we need to use Facebook Messenger as well and we need our customers to be serviced in their respective language. Our temporary workaround would be probably setting the message in both languages but it is not ideal. Please consider adding multiple languages function to the Facebook Messenger integration.

It would be great if you could make old products inactive to clean up the database yet have a record of past products. This would allow only the current product to be available for selectin by the sales team without loosing track of products / prices that were previously available. There are other CRMs that allow you to make items inactive without having to delete the data completely.

Hi team! At the moment, if an email (eg: sales@company.com) has been connected to team inbox 1, it cannot be used as a customized from address for team inbox 2. It'll be great if HS can allow any connected email channels to be set as the "customized from address" for any inboxes.

In Hubspot, there is the feature to add tags to articles. The idea being that the tag will help associate users and visitors to your knowledgebase to the right articles. It should also improve the accuracy of your chatbot's KB lookup. The issue In regards to the articles that are shown, the title of the articles is given preference over the tags. This is odd given you've gone through the effort of manually tagging articles, ensuring the article is exactly the right one based on the keywords the visitors has used. The chatbot's Knowledgebase lookup is affected worse so, because it is limited to 3 results. If you have articles like "how do I..." and the customer enters those words, the chatbot will pick up random articles with the title starting "how do I..." rather than the rest of the query "how do I log in to my account". Suggestion Give tags a higher priority than title.

The inability to allow for re-enrollment when workflow triggers depend on activity/engagements has limited us. One key example: We want to track the "Time of Last Call Connected". This is impossible to do without re-enrolement allowed on activities/engagement actions.

It would be great if the Super Admin can choose which views should be seen in Conversations > Inbox section, and also to allow the agents to create their own personal views to keep track of their cases in a better way. Being able to move the cards up and down would also be wonderful. At the moment, every view is public and once the team will expand, it will be very messy to visualize all the views without having to constantly scroll up and down.

Posting on behalf of a HubSpot user here: Would be convenient to be able to enroll contacts from a list in specified numbers at scheduled times - e.g. I have a list of 400 contacts and would like to assign 60 contacts a day to three different users until all 400 have been assigned. Currently we are able to schedule actions, and assign contacts to owners. However, with a larger list, subsequent actions in the workflow such as tasks might prove overwhelming for users to handle in a day. Being able to pace out the enrollments without manual enrollment will be a huge plus.

Hello, There are already multiple choise field types but I want user to be able to set the value of the fields themselves. In my case I need an object to contain a property where the user can enter multiple id numbers. Id numbers are unique in each case and that makes a multiple checkbox useless. Example 1 - Cars Best case I can use to show examples whould be to say that a company or a contact might own cars. The cars will be different for different objects and we might want to set the license plate numbers for each object. Object A: Property: "Owned cars - license plates" ABC123, BCD456, CDF789 (array of 3 values) Object B Property: "Owned cars - license plates" FFE248, WWE398 (array of 2 values) Object C Property: "Owned cars - license plates" TEX999 (array of 1 values) Example 2 - Tags Sometimes you might want to apply tags to your objects free of choise. Just like any facebook- or twitterpost. In this case objects would be able to have tags with more flexible options in each case. Object 1: Property: Hashtags happyandyouknowit, loveHubSpot, imgoingnuts (array of 3 strings) Object 2: Property: Hashtags happyandyouknowit, waiting for my cool idea to be published (array of 2 strings) Summery So when creating a new property for any kind of object I want a new "Field type" with the ability to have multiple free of choice values. I do understand its more recomended for structure to use a pre-set multiple choise option but sometimes (like above) its not possible. Also want it available in the API as an array output.
