When inserting a meeting link into emails and conversations, it only shows personal links. We need all meeting links to be located under the "insert meeting link" feature in conversations and emails. If sales want to share a link to a support meeting or support need to share a link to a specific colleague, we have to leave the conversation in order to navigate to Sales, Meetings, Unselect my self as filter, search for a meeting, copy link, navigate back, start over or insert link - that's almost 10 additional steps! Not to mention on mobile where this is even worse and we have to leave the app and open the browser or store all meeting links somewhere on my phone from where I can copy them. All meeting links should be able to be made available for everyone across the "insert meeting link" function. No matter if they are part of the meeting or not. This limited functionally is wasting so much time. What is the best practice? Do you want us, to create a personal link, to book a meeting with my colleague instead of using his link? If everyone in the organization needs to do this we will have an exponential amount of meeting links and or will be impossible to manage. I will try to solve this with snippets, but it's really not ideal.
