I'm part of a franchise business, and we've been testing the new Workflow user access in HubSpot to see if we can grant our franchisees access to the workflow tool and allow them to create their own workflows for their businesses. In testing this, we've noticed that a franchisee user could create workflows that impact contacts that do not belong to them. So basically, by giving a franchisee workflow access, they would have something similar to Super Admin rights in that they could change the properties of contacts that are not assigned to them via workflow. In the perfect world, Workflows would work like Lists - HubSpot users would only be able to create lists for contacts assigned to them and would be able to create workflows that impact only their contacts. If there's anything in the HubSpot roadmap for this, I'd love to hear it. Thanks!
