Other MAPs I've used had a tagging feature which allowed you to further filter campaign listings, reports, and more.    Campaign tags for filtering Campaigns list: Instead of searching unique terms within a campaign name, if you were able to filter by campaign tag, you could see all of the existing tags within the filters to narrow down your search versus knowing the correct term to search for.    Campaign tags for referencing in workflows: For an internal notification workflow, if campaigns were tagged, we could segment notifications easily without having to leverage the email name since not all emails contain a segment name. For example, in a workflow, we could say if Campaign Tag is X then send email notification to X team, if Campaign Tag is Y send email notification to Y team, and so on.   Campaign tags for reporting: In lieu of filtering by email name, if a campaign is tagged as Enterprise, we could easily filter all emails that are tagged as such versus having to query many email names to get the desired result.    Tags would also be helpful for Forms, Landing Pages, Media, etc.    Please add a tagging feature! 😉 ...read more

It would be very useful to be able to filter the Contact list by being able to add in any Company properties as filterable fields. Really, it would be useful to filter by any Associated item's fields in the lists. If I'm looking at Activities, I would like to be able to create filters that include Contact and Company properties, if I'm in Deals, I should be able to add Contact and Company property filters, etc. As an example, frequently, my interest in identifiying specific contacts has a company property dependant component to it. The reason being, our firm has to have agreements to sell each of our products individually with every Company, so each Company may have a different arrangement of products we can sell to them. If I want to see which of my Contacts are at a Firm where we have an agreement to sell Widget A, I have to first download the all Contacts list and then the All Companies list and cross reference them myself based on the product approval property. ...read more

When creating private content in the knowledge base, I can determine viewership through lists.  If a customer is on the list and not registered, they receive an email to register.  This is a really scary way to send a transactional email.  There have been a few times where customers have been sent a transactional email upon error.  A really terrible experience and I wish there was a stopgap asking if I am sure I want to circulate this email to "X" number of people. It would be great if we could search for marketing emails by subject line, in addition to searching by the email name. I get frequent requests to update emails for one reason or another, yet all I have to go on to find and update the email is the subject line.   Unless the subject line and email name match (which they generally don't), it can take a very long time to find the email in question. Teams operating across multiple countries/languages will have emails and notes recorded in different languages.   The ability to automatically translate those so that someone who can't speak a given language could still get the context of a customer interaction would be awesome! ...read more

Our telephone system runs via MS Teams, i.e. all calls to our customer hotline go through MS Teams. It would make sense to have a link to HubSpot so that we can immediately see who is calling and what information about the caller is stored in HubSpot.
