Obviously, most of us come here reviewing items that we find to be critical for our day to day processes. This one is simple but really reduces the ability to leverage a lot of best practices you see companies doing today around NPS survey's.  The problem comes about related to the extremely limited length you are given for the NPS email body greeting (40 characters total). You actually are allowed a subject line twice the length of what you are allowed in the very email body. This only allows you to basically say, "hi please give us a score." (that would give me 14 more characters to work with of course). I understand with NPS you want to keep it short, and sweet, but you also need to put some basis behind the email for anyone to ever so much as glance at it. The engagement with NPS and these scores are really important for a lot of businesses to be able to gauge in a wide net what our customers are currently feeling.     If you look at what some other organizations have been doing today.   Lumoa - Classic, simple example, however over twice the allowed length we could use today. Even though this is something extremely short and sweet.   Hey, You have been using Lumoa for over a month and we wanted to know how it feels!   Slack - This one I really personally like the feel and format of, but at 255 characters it's over 6x the length of what we could ever look to do today.   My name is Bill and I lead up marketing at Slack. Looking for HubSpot's ability to report back on prospects/website visitors. Today, HubSpot offers a prospects list from their analytics tools. This displays company domain names, the number of page views, the number of visitors, and the last seen date/time. In this list, you have the ability to verify if the company already exists in HubSpot at the account level.   HubSpot does not offer the functionality to create reports on this information. My team would see immediate value if we had the ability to generate a report, similar to the prospect list, and add that report to sales/marketing dashboards so that our teams can perform research and outreach on web visitors. For the live chat, support members are able to mark themselves as unavailable or away so they do not get auto assigned a live chat. This is not functionality available for conversations/tickets. If we have it set up so conversations get auto assigned to a team member, the only way to avoid getting auto assigned (if you leave work early or are on vacation) is to completely remove that team member's access to the inbox. We've recently enabled Hubspot Payments on our account. It's been brought to our attention that every time payment has been received all members of our team receive notifications about it.   There should be a way for an organization to pick and choose who's meant to receive these notifications vs the current option, which is to ask each user to go in and individually check off those notifications. ...read more

Currently in the conversation inbox, the tab for "Reply" and "Comment" are very near to each other. The only differentiator between Reply and Comment is the yellow box background. Therefore, it is easy be overlooked by users, and users ended up sending a reply to a customer when it was supposed to be a comment to their team mates. It would be great if there are a bigger seperation for "Reply" and "Comment" When users are replying to the conversation inbox email, users are not able to see the full details of the emails such as: the full contacts to be cc and bcc, full email title. When we delete a contact in Hubspot ( or remove it from the list, which is syncing with outlook) it won´t be deleted in outlook.  So the App doesn´t make sense. ...read more

Hi there, I'm looking for a solution so that I can use the email engagement report but filter it so that I can look at specific campaigns and personas instead of all email engagement.   I have this report: https://app.hubspot.com/reports-list/7007756/83363686/?filterSearch=marketing%20   I cloned it from a default HS report showing email activity.    I'd like to filter by properties, campaign, or persona to see thoses specific email stats.   Thanks in adnvace for the help. ...read more

When replying to ticket conversations, the text field can become pretty small between the other parts of the UI, espacially on a small (laptop) screen. It would be great if the field for replying could be popped out as a separate window. ...read more

if proposed times are offered to a client, those proposals should be displayed in the calender so it doesn't happen that multiple clients receive the same proposed time and then it got booked by one and the other don't get the opportunity to book it.  ...read more
