Admins should be able to define which users can or cannot  leverage the 'Remember Me' offer after using 2FA. Additionally, that setting should stick. Even though I chose 'ask me each time', it asks me that question everytime. Additionally, we would prefer that all remote workers use 2FA everytime i.e. never are offered the Remember Me option.   If an employee ends up clicking remember me when the company hasn't authorized that and a data breach occurs, HubSpot will end up taking liability for this, especially in the EU, irrespective of the indemnity clause you may have gotten customers to sign, since this is a material defect in your security.   Please fix this ASAP.   Thanks! ...read more

It would be great to have the ability to create a flywheel report option in the dashboard. Of course we would have to add the reports we fill would be included in the attract, engage and delight phase but the ability to add reports into sections and show as a flywheel would be great. This fix would be for anyone running paid campaigns through HubSpot. The goal would be to properly track, attribute and optimize performance. If this issue would get resolved, we'll be able to better allocate and increase budgets for paid campaigns.    Currently, once we select Paid Social as the Source and LinkedIn as the UTM source, the UTM medium auto-populates with "paidsocial". I need this to be editable so that I can distinguish what LinkedIn campaign is driving results. If I try to drill down by UTM parameter in the Traffic section, all I can see is "LinkedIn". I can't tell which one of our campaigns is actually driving results since they're all bundled together.  Since we tend to run more than one platform specific campaign at a time, it makes it harder to optimize and attribute properly.  ...read more

If a company does not allowlist HubSpot's IPs, the registration email sent for private content will not be sent. There is no other way to generate a link for a client or to give individual access to a client to their own customer portal.   One recommendation coming from support was to allow everybody to register, but that will open the portal to botting.  Another problem is that you might have clients from different companies using the same domain. By default, HubSpot assigns the Company of the user based on the domain.  This, combined with the fact that a user can see all tickets for a company leads to a huge privacy issue (especially if bots create different accounts from different domains).    There are a few things you can do, the most relevant being: 1. Allow admins to give access by providing the registration link to the admin so they can share it with the user. The admin can then FW the link to the right user. 2.
