Currently I need to maintain a spreadsheet separately to HubSpot that contains a list of all HubSpot users, and the user permissions they do and don't have. This is because the existing 'export' of user permissions is woefully inadequate. The report produces a list of 'permissions' that includes permissions that do not exist on screen.  The report content is also very misleading. I have a Head of Sales that has access to ALL Deals, Contacts and Companies. Then we have team members who only have access to Deals, contacts and companies for their team only. There is nothing in the report about team only access. In fact, both the Head of Sales and the team members all have CRM All Viewer. I need to produce a quarterly report displaying what access all users have in HubSpot. I cannot use the current export, as it can't be understood by myelf as an administrator - let alone a non technical person.   Based on this I have no choice but to keep a separate spreadsheet, and manually keeping it up to date is a nightmare, as I cannot view permissions or users in bulk. I have to open each user's permission set individually, and compare that to my spreadsheet.   Please either fix the current export or create a much better on screen view of which users have each individual permission. Most of my email opens tracked are from the famous Someone. I almost always email multiple people.  I understand the tracking pixel cannot be customized when using the HubSpot plugin for Office 365 or other mail clients. However, within the HubSpot browser app or the HubSpot phone apps, it seems reasonable you can create a unique pixel for every person included in the email. At the very least, you should be able to strip out pixels for anyone on the excluded list (like co-workers for my company).  Without more granular tracking, the feature is rarely helpful and very annoying because of all the notifications. Then it only has value with email marketing campaigns.  Please consider investing resources to make this feature infinitely more helpful for all your users.  ...read more

Hi there! Based on my research, it appears that there is currently no option offered by HubSpot that allows one to delete/disconenct one or more Facebook forms from a Facebook page connected under lead sync. It is my understanding that the only options are to disconnect the page entirely, or archive the form inside of Facebook. Some folks have a use case where they'd like to be able to delete/disconnect one or more Facebook forms from HubSpot without having to disconnect the page, nor archive the form in Facebook. 1. For the marketing / sales team 2. Goal - to be able to see all predicted revenue across all deal stages (not just in the reports tab) 3. Would add visibility to how much predicted revenue is in the current deals pipeline 4. This can be seen in the reports feature but the reason it would be great in the deals tab is so we can see everything in one place. It would be super helpful if we could have properties Mapped or Connected between the different types (Company, Contact, Deals, etc...) automatically OR be able to choose different Object Properties than whatever "tab/object" we're working in. OR even allowing "Custom Groups" to transcend objects altogether.     As of now, I have to go and create that property in every Object Type (3)...THEN if in putting data/info, go and put it into 3 different areas.  Wish it could just sync across all of them. *without having to do a workflow or something else ...read more

Hello!    We are looking for potential future integration with Microsoft Outlook/Teams.    - Here is the Scenario: User A mentions User B in a Note or Comment within a Ticket Record about a time-sensitive topic for a customer. However,  User B is "Out of the Office" and User A does not know and does not realize until it is too late. (Our company uses commenting as our main source of communication between departments for Customer Tickets).   - Proposed Solution: We are curious to know since we already are syncing our calendars via Microsoft Office, if User B's outlook calendar states they are Out of the Office, User A after mentioning User B will get notified that they are Out of the Office.    Does anyone know if this exists already? Please grant the ability to assign permission set access for a Marketing Admin to update the Branding Kit on the HubSpot Account. See (brandingtab.png) access to this Branding Kit permission set versus all the Edit Account Default settings (accountdefaults.png)--limiting account default access HubSpot Support replied, "You are right, that at this time, you would need to give them permission to edit account defaults (which encompasses all account defaults). We do not have the ability to isolate permissions to one part of your account defaults at this time." A workaround we identified, was for the Role: Marketing Admin to contact their internal System Admin, Goal: to temporarily grant those permissions as needed.  Then deactivate that access when the revisions are completed. This still is not optimum, as it is a little unnerving to allow others access to the entire account defaults.  Even the best behaved can accidentally click something.
