Hello,   My understanding is that it is currently not possible to have automated inidividual signatures when responding within any inbox, only a generic team signature.   It would be very helpful to be able to add that, as it is possible when responding from within any object. It actually seems odd that I could be responding with the same email address within the same ticket that I am looking at in the inbox and the signature would be included, but not when responding from the inbox / conversation view itself.   Thank you, Joseph ...read more

I love the HS automation, the UI is intuitive and easy to use. I especially love the ability to test out your criteria to see if it will behave as expected, and that it will target/include only those you wish. My suggestion is to enhance the warnings given when testing (and failing), so that the exact trigger that failed is identified.  In the below example, I know that this automation will fail for that tested company, but I don't know (at a glance) which criteria caused the failure. It would be great if there were a checkbox, or perhaps a highlight, of only the criteria that failed. So below, I know it was the "Contact Attributes" = Any of "Onboarding Team"... But the error just makes the whole block red. I do realize that parsing out the different parts to see where the failure occurred may not be possible (I presume in the background a SQL query is generated from the full criteria, so it's a 'whole' query, not piecemeal or sequential), but if it can be done that would be great. Good morning,  I would like to suggest that HubSpot create or make accessible properties to hold data on CTA views, clicks and submissions in the style of the property Marketing Emails clicked, etc. Right now, the only way to pull this data to a list (and workflow) is to add each CTA individually to the list criteria.  We have a situation in which we anticipate hundreds of CTAs to be produced (our company is large, with six marketing divisions across the U.S. and Canada, each encompassing anywhere from 1-16 submarkets).  While we are utilizing smart rules where we can to minimize duplication, there are still way too many CTAs to effectively manage by updating them one by one to a list.  There is currently a performance report that shows an individual CTA on its dashboard that includes a dropdown filter for Views, Clicks and Submissions.  However, these same filters are only available as options when a single CTA is selected.    Would it be possible to create a contact property that would store this data for all CTAs a contact has viewed, clicked or submitted? so the number of CTAs clicked, number of CTAs viewed, etc.  I would love to be able to build a list or set a workflow trigger for  "clicked any CTA", "viewed any CTA", etc.  Thanks to any and all with insight on this!  CTA dashboard ...read more

Hi,   I have a suggestion about permission sets and teams. Typically when creating permission sets, I think of the roles and teams who need them.    Normally I create the permission sets and then the teams in the organization. This helps us to manage users at scale.    An important but missing feature is the ability to associate a permission set with a team. If we had this ability then we could manage and control permissions by groups of users or teams more effectively.    Currently, we have to scroll through users and manually add a permission set to each user. When you have a large number of users in HubSpot this can become unmanageable and a source of potential errors.    Hope this makes sense to the enterprise users out there.    - Dave ...read more
