In the Integration Board there was a wish to be able to sort results in ascending order or in descending order. Hi,   I noticed there are a few separate requests for folders in separate areas of Hubspot, but couldn't find a more general idea like this, so I figured, let's create something new. Sorry it's not as specific, but I feel like in practice, this could all be 1 big improvement epic.   As a marketing and admin user, I'd like folder functionality to:   A) work the same across Emails, Landing pages, Workflows, Contact Lists and anything else where there's more than one of it.    Currently, I can create subfolders for emails, but not for landing pages. This is tedious, as our projects are usually divided and organized across more than one axle. For example:   Events/Event 1 Events/Event 2   Or even deeper:   Evergreen Campaigns/Evergreen 1/Landing Pages Evergreen Campaigns/Evergreen 1/Confirmation Pages   etc.   B) make the folders actually behave like folders in a file system (like Finder or Windows Explorer).   For example with emails: right now, I can create folders til I'm blue in the face, but the default view is always the root list of everything, no matter where these emails are actually stored. I have to click Folders, then navigate to the folder the email(s) I'm working on is/are in, every time the emails list loads.   This last bit is crucial and really annoying for general workflow speed. I experienced these two annoying things today: I'm working on some changes for a set of campaign emails that a campaign manager gave me. So I go to the folder I sorted them in, open an email to edit it, save it, but then there's only the back to all emails dashboard button, which takes me back to the List view with all emails unsorted. I have to go back to Folders and navigate back to the folder I was in if I want to work on other emails in the same folder.  I needed to clone an email 10 times, within the context of a single campaign. But clicking Clone on an email A) opens the new cloned email straight away, forcing me to go back to the folder via that long route, and B) places the cloned email in the root (!) rather than in the same folder that the original was in.    To summarize: for daily operation I'd love it if there was a unified folder system across all assets, that behaves more like you'd expect from a folder system: easily copy/paste files merge list/folder views into one, with folders above unsorted files drag/drop items into folders to move them folders within folders navigate back to the folder you were in after editing a file, rather than back to the root   For example, see Eloqua's folder structure. By law in many countries, you must include registration numbers on contracts and quotes. The workaround we currently use is to add it to the "country" field in Branding, but it would be great to have another line for it. ...read more

Many times we have to edit workflows with the same type of filters (for example depending on the country) and it would be great to be able to copy some actions from one workflow to another without having to create them from scratch in the other workflow (existing workflow with its own actions). Hi,   We have recently launched a web portal on CMS Enterprise with a Members Portal leveraging on Private Content.   This is a B2C website where users can register to be a member, thereafter they will be granted access to private content to perform various activities such as playing game, interacting with the website to accumulate loyalty points and redeem rewards.   The user experience starts with Sign up, in which we have a registration form for users to fill in and submit. Thereafter, using a workflow to assign the user into a List whereby this List is assigned to the various web pages (Private Content). However, the registered users have to wait for 2 minutes (ref link) before they receive the invitation email to allow them to set their password.   The clients and our team thought that this 2 mins delay is causing some confusion and frustration to the users leading to poor user experience. Many applications nowadays have close to instant email notifications when users sign up. To match up with users' expectations, is it possible to relook into reducing this 2 mins delay?   Thanks!! ...read more

There is limit control to set DND section options via code or CSS outside the intital template. For example, when a new section is added via the page editor, the background color has to be set via a color picker and doesn't include the theme colors.    As a way to improve control: Add a single dropdown field called "Section Type" These "Types" could be defined in theme settings to apply a defined class. OR Treat DND sections, rows and columns were similar to modules, so you could add custom fields that would control options related to the theme. The new Custom Report Builder, a.k.a. Advanced Builder, appears intended to replace the Cross-object report builder but is missing some functionality.   My use case: I have a report that flags any contacts that have more than 30 days between their last activity date and the next scheduled follow-up date, so we can enroll them in a marketing email workflow in the interim.   I created a report in the old cross-object report builder to surface such contacts. It used a filter on a deals property that is a calculated Time Between field type. The filter looked like this, and it worked fine:   This week when I rebuilt this report in the new Custom Report Builder, I found that I no longer have the option to choose between days, hours or minutes in the filter for this property.   Instead, bizarrely, I have to convert the days to milliseconds to achieve the same result.   Must convert days to milliseconds in this filter   This is clearly a loss of functionality that was present in the old report builder. There is no messaging to indicate that I have to convert the Time Between to milliseconds, so this is a big impact on customer experience for anyone (like me) trying to figure out why their report doesn't work in the new custom report builder.   The new custom report builder needs to have the option for days, hours and minutes in filters of Time Between properties, and not just milliseconds.   Thank you. ...read more

It would be really nice to have a simple 1 button option to backup all Hubspot data for our instance.  Additionally, it would be nice if we could do a complete import of all this data.     Reason being if we make drastic changes to our Hubspot it would be ideal to return to a prior state quickly and easily. ...read more
