We have BDMs setting up meetings for Advisors. The BDM is the meeting organizer, the Advisor is the meeting host. The meeting is in the Advisor's calendar (Outlook, Google...).   The BDMs would like to be notified in HubSpot when a contact accepts a meeting with the Advisor that the BDM has organized.   Possibly this could be done by copying a notification to the Advisor (whose calendar is integrated with HubSpot) that the meeting has been accepted TO the organizer of the meeting?   Many thanks, Katie ...read more

Have the option to set yourself as "busy" or "blocked" for certain dates for one meeting booking link, but be available for those same dates on another meeting booking link. An example would be a webinar where one meeting link would not allow for me to have meetings but the other meeting link someone would like to meet up with me at the actual webinar. ...read more

Currently, HubSpot meeting links/ scheduling pages can only be customized through the brand kit - which only allows for a solid color background. It would be great if we had the option to utilize a gradient effect, as seen in the example below. 🙂  ...read more

I want to easily be able to track and report on the quality of my meetings so would really like the ability to add properties against Activities - at the moment we are stuck with the pre-set fields.  This is my use case:  My BD team create the initial/ intro meeting for my field based sales team.  The field sales person sits the meeting and then either runs with the opp or qualifies it out.  Whilst we are using meeting outcomes (qualified out/ progressing etc) and create opps for every meeting to track meeting through to opp to win progression what would be great is a simple visual in the form of a propery field that allows my sales person to rate the quality of the meeting - in the form of stars or 5/5 drop down or something really simple, along with perhaps a notes box to validate the rating if its low?  It would be useful to be able to report on this to show BD A get 5/5 every meeting for example as a measure of success and how satisified my sales team are on the quality of their appointments. I would like to share an idea for a feature improvement in the meeting tool that would be invaluable for both our customers and our team.   Currently, in HubSpot, we can already create folders for templates, workflows, and similar content – a feature that is very helpful. However, what is currently lacking is the ability to create folders specifically within the Meetings section. This would significantly facilitate the organization of meeting links, especially for customers with extensive sales teams.    I believe implementing this improvement would significantly upgrade the user experience. I'd love to see an option on the forms associated with meeting links to shorten the form displayed for the contact if the value is already known in the CRM.  We use these meeting links on our website, and other selections on our website can pre-populate the form, but the pre-populated properties still show on the form for the lead.  For example, we have logic in our website built by our Dev team that pre-populates a Location property in the book a demo meeting link form based on the "country flag" selected on an earlier page to tell us the location of the contact, but we still need that pre-populated data submitted on the form iteself to have the update made in Hubspot. For context, sometimes we need them to select certain values before they reach the form itself, because we use it to identify which meeting link associated with which market and team within that market we want to send the lead to. But also need the form to then submit that data to Hubspot.   It would be great if, like the actual Hubspot Forms tool, values that we're populating behind the scenes on the meeting link forms could be "Hidden" for the lead so we can keep our form nice and short and potentially increase conversions, but still make sure all the data collected by our website is making it to Hubspot.    Please upvote if your team also needs this!!       ...read more
