Hi there,   Would be great having the possibility to add hidden fields into pop up forms.   Why: we love to insert there as fewer fields as we can to keep them easy/quick to complete.   Challenge: lack of fields = lack of info. e.g: in the case of the country field, we always need to add the lead flow in a workflow that assigns the country.    Solution: hidden field    Cheers, Riccardo          ...read more

Now that pop up forms can be used for more than just lead caputre, it would be beneficial to be able to adjust the trigger time to less than the required 7 seconds. We can now use these pop ups for notices, or to suggest more content, and in these cases, having the pop up available immediately would be ideal.   ...read more

Hi Community,   I think it would be of great advantage if we could define lead score sets not only with the AND operator but also with the OR operator.    E.g.:  I want to check whether a contact has visited www.hubspot.com/pricing/ OR https://www.hubspot.com/case-studies and want to score this behaviour with 2 points.    Right now its only possible in the following way:     My goal is to sum up both URLs in one set. Besides "Contact has viewed at least one URL containing" is no solution for me because I have to score very specific URLs like www.hubspot.com/pricing/test1 and  https://www.hubspot.com/case-studies but not  www.hubspot.com/pricing/test2 for example.   Hope you get my point.   Regards, Jacob ...read more

Right now, if you have a direct API integration for lead flow, the original source drill down 1, will show "API." That's it. You can't change it to show which integration partner its coming from and they can't either.    My suggestion would be to allow the the hubspot user to map that integration similar to how you can do with it Hubspot forms or how other hubspost fields have internal ID's. the purpose is, so you can trigger custom workflows from specifc lead sources and or run reports on which one of your API partners is sending you the best leads.   We could set a property valye in Original lead source, but this a field that can be manually selected and or changed. There will be too many errors and "dirty data."    With this type if data, as a sales leader, you can feed the right leads to the right people on your team, as well as feed data back to your marketing as to which "channel" of leads is closing better and or producing a higher quality customer.    ...read more

It would be great to see additional functionality re owner rotation and lead allocation. Its extremely paining not being able to reassign a lead/deal automatically when someone is absent/off . Is there no way you can integrate the availability toggle as has been done in the conversation inbox being able to set availability and have the lead/deal reassign when someone switches to unavail?    ...read more

Would love for deal based workflows to include internal SMS sent to deal owner or HubSpot user dynamically. There is currently only a coice to send internal SMS to a specific user or phone number. When our sales agents are assigned leads, it would be nice to send out an SMS alert in addition to email to the HubSpot user/deal owner specified in the Deal record automatically. ...read more

Like it's the case with other type of follow-up emails, it'd be sensible to be able to have the option of overriding the send frequency cap when setting up lead-flow follow-up emails.
