When @mentioned in a note in a 'deal', 'company', 'contact' i am sent a email notification showing a preview of the comment (see below example): Notification showing preview However, when I am @mentioned in a 'comment' added to a note on a 'deal', 'company', 'contact' i am sent a email notification that does not show any preview of the comment :( (see below example): notification with no preview This is increadably frustrating as I have to click through to view each and every comment, when I am able to field comments if they have been left as a note... Also, when clicking through from the notification, you arrive in the deal, not on the note that the comment has been added, or the comment itself... this means i have to scroll through to find notes with comments on them, then click through to see if that is where I have been @mentioned....? This means that i risk not seeing comments as the navigations from notifications is awful and as i have no idea what the comment say's i don't know what i am looking for...! WHY would you change the way you send notifications when you created this new feature? Terrible UX... :( Please fix this so I can always see a preview of the comment I have been @mentioned in.

Hi,
I want a pony.
I discussed this after my initial request to sync with Salesforce had been resolved excellently by HubSpot Technical Support. So, since that was done to my satisfaction, I asked for a pony. I was told that I cut out a bit and to please repeat what I said, so, I restated my request and was told, unfortunately that that cannot be done
I was then told that it would be "so awesome if I could make a pony gallop across your screen right now." I agree. I said I would file this as a ticket in HubSpot Ideas. So I am.
I think that it would largely be agreed that we work pretty hard and that we deserve ponies.
If you agree, pleaseee share this with your teammates and vote this up. We want ponies. We each deserve a pony. We demand ponies. Give us our ponies.

We've recently added a break-down table with open and click reporting, but there's no way to see the contacts that are actually opening, clicking, replying, and booking meetings on sequences. This report is currently only helpful for evaluating the effectiveness of a sequences, but users want a report they can take action on and better understand the full picture.
We need the ability to click the % and see a list of the contacts that have opened or clicked the specific sequence.

The ability to create more than one Knowledgebase. Similar to having multiple conversation inboxes or ticket pipelines. This allows for knowledgebase segmentation. Could be for Internal Vs External or Client Vs Prospect (Sales Vs Support)

I was disappointed to see that I can't do an A/B test in an automated email: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/email/how-to-create-an-a-b-test-email Marketo (a HubSpot competitor) allows this functionality. Can you add this to the product sometime? It's particularly helpful with a Welcome email sequence which is key to on-boarding new customers.

We have set up integration of Hubspot CRM with Gmail. If one of my colleagues emails a contact, this email is automatically associated with the last X open deals where this contact is connected to. For us this does not make sense at all. Let me give an example: Company ABC has 10 deals running with us. 5 of those 10 deals are associated with contact Jeff. If one of my colleagues now sends an email to Jeff about a warranty issue totally unrelated to any of these 10 or 5 deals Hubspot automatically associates this email with the last X open deals associated with Jeff. I don't even see when this automatic association would make sense? So I vote for have an option to disable this automatic deal association asap. At this moment our CRM is a total mess because of this and that is the opposite of what I wanted to achieve with this CRM.

I am getting started with workflows, and currently focus on contact workflows for onboarding new clients, and assisting with education. My workflow currently splits several times with If/Then statements, but then many times merges back together. I have learned from hubspot support that the tool that might work here is called 'Go to other action.' However, this action is only available in the Deal/Ticket/Company workflows, and so if you create a contact-based workflow then you won't see this option. Could this possibly be added? Currently my solution is to duplicate the workflow multiple times, which I fear will lead me to making a mistake! I am also considering having users exit one workflow, and enter another one when they return to a common path.

It would be valuable to be able to merge two or more existing DEALS. Different people can create a DEAL and building out notes, tasks, etc., and, in fact, it turns out to be one big DEAL rather than several small ones. The ability to MERGE them, while retaining all history, notes, etc. would be valuable. Otherwise we have to manually agree which *one* will be our "master" going forward. THANKS!

Scott from the product team here.
In Sequences today, task completion is NOT required before progressing onto the next step in a sequence. For a sequence with multiple email steps, call tasks, and social touchpoints, this means that if a task step is not completed, future emails and tasks will still get sent or created.
We've heard from our users that there should be an option to require that a task be completed before sending the next email in a sequence, or before creating another net new task.
To solve this, we're evaluating support for this feature in Sequences:
