Our Knowledge Base is partially publicly available and indexed by Google. It features a lot of content both for existing customers but also potential customers (e.g. they wanna know in detail how to use the product before buying, or are googling for a specific issue that our product can solve). Therefore the Knowledge Base has SEO potential to increase traffic and leads.   However right now it is impossible to do advanced SEO optimisations for KB articles, as basic SEO meta-data fields are not available to edit specifically.   Please add (at least) the possibility to edit these for each page: Page Title Meta-Description   Furthermore these functions could be also useful in regards to SEO: Possibility to redirect a KB page to another URL Possibility to set the robot meta-tag at a page level: index / noindex   Thanks, ...read more

It would be a nice feature to allow the customization of the default six fields that the business card scan feature ask (Full name, job title, email, company, Phone, Website) and allow to decide which fields are showed after scan. As a salesperson, I need to be able to track when a quote is viewed, and clicked on so that I can more astutely engage with the customer who the opportunity is with.   Putting on my product manager hat, I would suggest that HubSpot Sales users are able to not only see views and link clicking, but that you would also enable deeper analytics like those found in Hotjar...i.e. heatmapping & Session recording while the customer guest is viewing the web-hosted quote. ...read more

I was working on our social media post scheduling and noticed I cannot schedule a poll to run on LinkedIn. This would be a great tool for us to use since it seems lately polls get quite a bit of engagement on LinkedIn. Hi,   I am a true Hubspot fan but find it ludicrous that it does not take marketing and sales to the final mile - to be able to report and monitor on key marketing metrics. For example...How to measure the different KPI's I have in my funnel ie:   CPL - Cost per lead CPMQL - Cost per MQL CPSQL - Cost per SQL CPDEMO - Cost per Demo CAC - Cost per Customer   This needs to be a feature. We need to be able to see this: Over time in absolute numbers As % increases or decreases over time etc, etc. Without it we can not make the major marketing decisions. As marketers we need to compare all channels and their true performane over time in order to know how to optimize and allocate marketing budgets. Our Pricing is per month and we charge a one time setup. Invoice happens once per year (See screenshot) The total amount as mentioned on the quote is quite confusing for customers. My suggestion would be to make it an option to hide the total amount in quotes. I am aware that a suggestion for a fix has already been done in this thread but since that covers more topics I would like to isolate this RFC here.
