I am getting started with workflows, and currently focus on contact workflows for onboarding new clients, and assisting with education. My workflow currently splits several times with If/Then statements, but then many times merges back together. I have learned from hubspot support that the tool that might work here is called 'Go to other action.' However, this action is only available in the Deal/Ticket/Company workflows, and so if you create a contact-based workflow then you won't see this option. Could this possibly be added?   Currently my solution is to duplicate the workflow multiple times, which I fear will lead me to making a mistake! Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? Every company / social media manager who wants to not just publish content via Social Media HubSpot Interface but have interaction and engagement due to starting conversations. What is their goal?  Driving engagement from the start. LinkedIn is about people and networking. Therefore it should be possible to @ mention experts, involve colleagues or give a shoutout to people in the industry. This is what Social Media is about, starting conversations and discussions. It is more compliacted to automate in HubSpot and then go back to LinkedIn to alter the post to set the mention. What value will this add? Mentioning people instead of just company pages. Currently, when visitors use the chat widget on different browsers, they will not be able to see the chat history, as cookies are browser specific.    For continuity and convenience from the customer's point of view, it would be useful if returning customers who identify themselves with their email can view their previous chat interaction from any where they log in. This is especially so for HubSpot users who use the chat function mainly for support functions, where ease of continuity is important.         ...read more

We use the HubSpot Chats to both authenticate (id and security questions/answers) and discuss private information with clients.  Currently HS Chat function maintains previous chat text which usually have both authentication and private information listed from clients previous connection.  If the client's computer was accessed by an unauthorized user, then that unauthorized user would have access to both this authentication and private information.     We'd like to see a profile option to not allow previous texts to be able to be viewed by our external clients, but instead just accessable by us.  It should also treat each chat session as a new session if we close out the chat from our side (not when the external client select the X though) allowing our BOT authentication questions to be presented with every chat.     This is s significant concern due to the securiry vunerabilty related to it. ...read more

It would benefit our clients to know what search engine their Organic Search visits come from when organizing/evaluating "Sources." This would allow our clients to learn more about those top-of-the funnel, generally interested visitors to their site.   This would benefit our clients in the additional PPC ads we hope to run. We know not all customers use Google, but what investment should we make in Bing Ads, based on the traffic that comes in? This extra fine-tuning of the Organic Search source would be really helpful for that HUGE amount of traffic we don't know too much about. ...read more

Here's what I would like to do in Conversations:   - Have one set of Targeted Messages that reach a live person during business hours - Have a separate Targeted Message that reaches a bot outside of business hours   Currently, chat Availability is a global setting, and can't be customized to the Targeted Message. It seems there's no way to export errors as you would for a normal import.   It would be useful for this to be made possible as sharing the errors list with devs in charge of the target/destination is a requirement that comes up fairly often.  ...read more
