As per best practices (https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/guide-to-updating-republishing-blogging-content-ht), we periodically revamp/update old blogs and republish with a new publish date. We use the Hubspot feature that automatically generates a new monthly blog digest to our subscribers for all blogs posted in the previous month; however, any republished blogs don't appear (so I feel it's a missed opportunity to re-communicate).  As per the link above, it's recommended to manually email subscribers with new update; however, I would prefer if there was a field or option we can 'check' when we change the publish date to indicate that we want the revised blog to appear in the digest (vs having to do it manually). I think there should be the ability to limit the permission to edit the Sales Dashboard.  I've made the dashboard look like I want it to for my sales team...but individual salespeople have the ability to go in and modify it...but it is a "global" view. Blog templates do not allow us to add the Additional Code Snippets to each blog individually, only at the template level which defeats the purpose of the meta tags (title, description, etc).   I need to add meta tags specific to each blog under the HEAD HTML section so they work with my rich pins in pinterest.    For some reason this feature is not inlcuded in the blog pages as they do in regular web pages (cms).    Both are web pages and should be able to have the ability to add additional code snippets, in my opinion. Not sure why they are even different within hubspot. Other CMS allow you to do it the way I am describing. Which helps with search engine optimization.   ...read more

We manage multiple companies within Hubspot and just signed up for Service Hub and were excited for the possibility of completely servicing our companies within a unified Hubspot system. However, we noticed big limitations when it comes to servicing multiple brands, companies, and websites through the Customer Feedback tool.  Currently, there is no option to customize the sending address or footer information for individual surveys. Customer Feedback Surveys will send from the default email set in Email Configuration Settings. Additionally, the information in the footer defaults to "This is a service from defaultwebsite.com. Delivered by Hubspot.", and the address below defaults to Hubspot's. There is also no option to remove the (non-required) link to managing list preferences, which reveals our various companies and their various lists to our customers.   These limitations in the Feedback Tool make it unusable for our company. We switched over from ZenDesk, which offers the ability to gain multibrand insights through their customer feedback. I know Service Hub is only a few months into development, but this is an urgent need for us and, I'm sure, many other companies looking to utilize the Service Hub,.   Our idea — enable the Feedback Tool to support mutiple brands, companies, and websites by allowing: The sending address to be customized on a survey-by-survey basis. Under Social Media Monitoring, after clicking on Retweet, whether I choose to do a Retweet or a Quoted Retweet, "Retweet Now" is the only option that currently exists. I'd like the option to Schedule the retweet at a later time. Instead of retweeting it right away. This option would add the retweet to my calendar at a date/time of my choosing. ...read more

Considering how utterly amazing HubSpot is at everything else, I'm a little disappointed by the grey, ugly lead flows.    Here's an example of what we have had in the past.      Wouldn't it be great if the whole content area of the lead flow could be an image?    And what about a gradient overlay on the page when the popup appears?    These could be nice additions to the options of what's possible to customise the content a bit more.
