When creating a LinkedIn post through HubSpot, it would come in handy to have the feature to select language, country … to target the post. I want to use the LinkedIn social posting tool for all our LinkedIn posts. We have two key audiences, one French speaking and one English and therefore I want only the French speaking audience to see the French posts and vice versa. This doesn't seem possible from with the HubSpot social tool, only through LinkedIn directly via Target Audience settings (Language, Region,job function, Location, company size, industry,…) - see attachement Is this already available / possible? Or when will this be available - For Facebook it already is active... Thanks, Caroline

We are running into issues with our Sales team having the ability to edit emails within Sequences that are used by a team. When a user copies a template, makes customization and goes to save, the "Update Template" button is listed first. This will update the original template causing existing sequences to get messed up with someone's customizations. We belive having the ability to lock these by the Super Admin will help BIG time!

We have heard from many of our customers about the need to improve the accuracy of email tracking to better account for multiple recipients and self-open notifications. We are currently investigating solutions for this issue.

The custom report feature is great but I think we should also be able to export the data from the custom report from the dashboard into an excel file in addition to pdf and ppt.

The filters in the contact, company and deal views are too limited. We are really missing more advanced logic like you offer on Marketing Lists. E.g. OR-logic, "has never/ever been", "is before/after property".

I have recently migrated from Later to HubSpot and was very disappointed to find that I can't add 'the first comment' so my post will be associated with certain hashtags. Now, I have to go onto the actual platform and add them. I also found that I can't add a link that goes to our bio for visitors to see. Please add these. Thank you!

I see from forums that this request has been active since 2020 - https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Social-Tools/More-than-4-photos-on-Social-Post/m-p/353725 Yet it still isn't possible to add for Facebook and linkedIn. Can this be done asap? It seems like a lot of users have requested the same.

Right now you don't have the option for rolling dates in meetings. If you select this week or next it will only show the current week and next week. So on Friday it will only show the next 5 days as available. It would be nice if you could do rolling dates and could select however many days you want to be open from the current day.

Hi team, Currently, when we reply to a customer within the Conversation inbox, all past emails within the same thread would automatically be shown as well. There might be times where we would like to keep certain parts of the email thread hidden when replying to customer. Hence, would be great if we have the ability to reply to specific email within the conversation inbox (e.g. Customer chatted in, A reply to B asking for help. After which, when A reply to the customer, the email thread between A and B is shown as well). Thank you!

Summary: Allow mapping of spreadsheet values to existing values in a "Dropdown" property, rather than forcing identical matching More detail: When importing data, it would be great if the values for a dropdown proprety didn't have to match exactly what was in your spreadsheet import, but you could manually map the fields from the spreadsheet to the property options upon import. Who would this benefit: Anyone doing spreadsheet imports into HubSpot Goal: Save time on import by mimimizing need to re-format spreadsheet before import. Examples: Pipedrive's Spreadheet import offers this functionality. You can map the values from your file to files in your dropdown field. See the screenshot below.
