I wanted to give some feedback on the new Help Desk function. First of all, let me say that it's a great addition and I appreciate the work that went into it. However, there doesn't seem to be much customization available for the layout. It would be helpful if we could customize the layout of the Help Desk view similar to how we can customize the ticket view.   One issue we're having is that in the Ticket view, we've customized the left sidebar to show certain sections only when specific criteria are met, such as the ticket category. Unfortunately, these additional sections aren't visible in the Help Desk view, which makes it difficult for us to use in certain situations. It's a big problem, that somebody from a company merged Company (or other Objects) records and HubSpot doesn't provide information on who did this.   Also, it would be great to have a separate permission, that Super Admin can turn on or turn off for users who can merge records. Idea When using the mobile app to add an activity against a custom object, give the user the ability to associate this activity with other object types (contacts, deals, custom objects, etc). When using the mobile app to add an activity against a basic object, give the user the ability to associate this activity with custom object records.   This is possible while using the web version of Hubspot, but not within the app.   Why  Users can log activities using the app, but then have to open their desktop/laptop in order to finish the activity logging process. I am trying to sync deals from a Project Tracking SmartSheet we use into HubSpot. I am only seeing the capability to sync Contacts and Companies. I am wondering why this is the case and if there is a workaround without another Marketplace App?  ...read more
