When creating a LinkedIn post through HubSpot, it would come in handy to have the feature to select language, country … to target the post. I want to use the LinkedIn social posting tool for all our LinkedIn posts. We have two key audiences, one French speaking and one English and therefore I want only the French speaking audience to see the French posts and vice versa. This doesn't seem possible from with the HubSpot social tool, only through LinkedIn directly via Target Audience settings (Language, Region,job function, Location, company size, industry,…) - see attachement Is this already available / possible? Or when will this be available - For Facebook it already is active... Thanks, Caroline

Right now, the only way to add custom HTML (<style>, <script> or <meta> tags) to the head of an e-mail is to use a template. When using a template, our marketeers can not use the fancy drag and drop functionality the current editor offers. We are not able to create a D&D template for e-mail right now. So we have to choose between flexibility for our marketeers or full control of the code in our e-mails. We created several custom modules for our e-mails. One of the modules we created shows a different e-mail on mobile. Media queries can only exist in the `<head>` of an e-mail to be compatible in as much clients as possible. But when we use the above e-mail type, we can not store that style tag anywhere. So if possible, we would like to be able to create our own D&D templates for e-mail OR have a setting in every e-mail (maybe in the 'advanced' section) where we can store custom code in the head. This way we can achieve much more with the e-mails created through HubSpot.

I was working on our social media post scheduling and noticed I cannot schedule a poll to run on LinkedIn. This would be a great tool for us to use since it seems lately polls get quite a bit of engagement on LinkedIn. I guess for now I will have to use the emojis for like, love, care etc. to get engagement. If you can add this to the scheduler it would be amazing.

Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? Every company / social media manager who wants to not just publish content via Social Media HubSpot Interface but have interaction and engagement due to starting conversations. What is their goal? Driving engagement from the start. LinkedIn is about people and networking. Therefore it should be possible to @ mention experts, involve colleagues or give a shoutout to people in the industry. This is what Social Media is about, starting conversations and discussions. It is more compliacted to automate in HubSpot and then go back to LinkedIn to alter the post to set the mention. What value will this add? Mentioning people instead of just company pages. Are there examples of other places or products who have this feature? Not sure but you already have the @mention for company pages. So you're halfway there 😀

The default reports on the sequence summary page (shown below) do not provide adequate insight as to how a sequence is performing, or functionality to allow folks to view and act on the contacts that are currently in a sequence. Additional reports are required to get the full picture for how my sequences are performing, and the existing reports must be updated with behavior and functionality to allow me to see how contacts are engaging and responding to my sequence. This idea was created by the HubSpot product team to communicate progress and take in feedback on this active project/current priority.

Many of our clients feel restricted by the number of images they are currently able to post to their social platforms via HubSpot. They are desperately seeking the functionality to be able to post more images specifically to Facebook and LinkedIn. Currently Hootsuite allows for an unlimited number of images to be posted to Facebook, and up to 9 images to LinkedIn, it would be great if HubSpot was able to match this.
