So this dropout/funnel reports for deals is phenomenal. My feedback is threefold:    1. The table below the visualization should also be able to be added to the dashboard (it's time in stage values are great).   2. We should be able to apply more robust filters!~ Our sales people would find it more useful if they could at least filter by things like Owner, Close Date, CLosed-Lost Reason and so forth.    3. when you drill into the values there is only the deal name. Without naming any names, your customer service is better than any VOIP provider I've ever dealt with.   The integrations they build for HubSpot are clunky, and I wish everyone the best of luck getting help from them to troubleshoot problems with their integrations.   We're logging the calls in HubSpot anyway. Currently, all major browsers support the WebP format. Which is a great format performance-wise. Now I know that HubSpot converts other formats to WebP serverside, but we should expect users to upload the WebP format as well. One of the most powerful HubL functions is the 'resize_image_url' function, which allows you to resize the served image without having the client resize the image themselves (which is great, because clients never do this 😜). HubSpot also offers the option to clone, crop and resize images, which is a great feature of the file manager. The problem: The WebP format does not work with the 'resize_image_url', also, passing the name, width and height in the image URL does not seem to resize the image at all. So this is a major issue performance-wise. Furthermore, it currently is not possible to clone and resize a WebP image from the file manager. It seems there's no way to export errors as you would for a normal import.   It would be useful for this to be made possible as sharing the errors list with devs in charge of the target/destination is a requirement that comes up fairly often.  ...read more

Our social media team is thrilled that we can now schedule up to 10 images on Instagram and would like the same cability on Facebook and LinkedIn as right now we're limited to four. While we can post directly from the sites themselves (10 on FB, 9 on LI), we're unable to connect the post to a campaign, which impacts campaign metrics. Reuseable Template definitions for imports are a must have. I am horrible missing them in hubspot. The reason is, that properties have the same names in contacts and company records. So defining a header row in excel is not sufficient to get a unique match. We have to import files from our external sales agents on daily basis and i have always to make the correction of the object in hubspot (from contacts to company). If developers need access to Private Apps to use HubSpot APIs, then they have to be given Super Admin access to be able to access private apps.  There should be a specific permission setting to restrict access beyond granting Super Admin to the user. ...read more
