Our Knowledge Base is partially publicly available and indexed by Google. It features a lot of content both for existing customers but also potential customers (e.g. they wanna know in detail how to use the product before buying, or are googling for a specific issue that our product can solve). Therefore the Knowledge Base has SEO potential to increase traffic and leads. However right now it is impossible to do advanced SEO optimisations for KB articles, as basic SEO meta-data fields are not available to edit specifically. Please add (at least) the possibility to edit these for each page: Page Title Meta-Description Furthermore these functions could be also useful in regards to SEO: Possibility to redirect a KB page to another URL Possibility to set the robot meta-tag at a page level: index / noindex Thanks,

Hi all. One of the things that has prevented me from making a smooth transition to the new social tools is the lack of compatiability with spell checking tools such as Grammarly or Ginger. As those in charge of social will know, there's not much worse than going on a social platform and realising you've made a grammatical mistake - and when you're scheduling dozens of messages at a time, it's quite easy to miss an error during a proofread. With the new tools rendering Ginger of no use, would it be an idea for Hubspot to integrate their own tool here?

Our Pricing is per month and we charge a one time setup. Invoice happens once per year (See screenshot) The total amount as mentioned on the quote is quite confusing for customers. My suggestion would be to make it an option to hide the total amount in quotes. I am aware that a suggestion for a fix has already been done in this thread but since that covers more topics I would like to isolate this RFC here. (*Ability to remove or adjust the total shown (in the case of multiple pricing options for one component).

I'm looking at our email overview results, https://app.hubspot.com/email/1821116/analyze/overview/emails, and I see that when set on all email types it also includes internal emails. I was hoping to be able to get an average open and ctr rate for all the MARKETING emails we send in a custom date range and those internal emails are throwing off the results. My idea is to exclude internal emails from these results.

There are times when I need to add files to quotes in regards to installation guides and product details. Would be good to be able to attach files and insert product images into quotes.

Hi all, Is HubSpot planning to provide an API for the campaign objects? It does not seem possible to fetch the campaign and it’s related data with the API. There's this: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/email/get_campaign_data But this only enable to fetch some campaign attributes linked to an email. We would like to sync campaign itself to another environment. Alternatively, making such a campaign from remote sources would also be cool. Another idea: If I could fetch the campaign header, the start and end date, the budget, the persona’s, then I could extract that to other systems that might use it for marketing resource management purposes (i.e. to make marketing plans, marketing budgets, … and to report on this) Any idea if a ‘real’ campaign API is on the Hubspot roadmap? I want my reps to be able to edit records they are assigned to, but not have the ability to create a new record (deal, company or contact). With anyone being able to create a record, we deal with duplicates, false information, and skewed data. When we control the record creation, we can be sure our data is clean and accurate. As businesses grow and have more and more sales, service or marketing reps, it seems unlikely every single user would be responsible for creating records, or should even be able to create records. Surprised there is no setting for this in roles and permissions, but would love to see it added in the near future.

Support submitting idea on behalf of a customer. It would be helpful in troubleshooting forms to be able to identify which user on an account built or last edited a form, much in the same way as we can see this information for marketing emails and website and landing pages.

Our Customer Service Team uses a Shared Conversations Inbox.... They create tickets from emails and close out the emails in the inbox once a ticket is created - the inbox then reflects only 'unworked' emails. When using the conversations Inbox it would be great if an email automatically closes (removed from the inbox) when a ticket is created.... I know it is currently only one click to manually close off an email but it would ensure that every email that has a ticket logged against it would no longer be in the Conversations Inbox... saving the team time in trawling emails that actually already have a ticket logged against it and don't need repeated viewing in the shared inbox.

Hello everyone! This idea serves to help all serviced-based companies currently using HubSpot. Lets be honest, the quote system HubSpot has to offer is awesome. Clean and professional format, product/service details, and even a Stripe integration helps avoid separate payment platforms. My only qualm? We currently utilize a deposit system for our clients to secure services. Each service requires a $200 deposit that goes towards their total balance. For many bigger ticket item service companies, it can be difficult for clients to pay the full balance upfront. I'm proposing the idea for quotes to include all of the prices, fees, discounts, etc., but at the same time, allow for clients to pay for a given amount. If we're using our company as an example, their total is $3,000 and they have two services ($400 deposit), they are given the option to pay the deposits and not the full-price. I believe that would be extremely helpful for the many service-based companies that use HubSpot! I look forward to hearing how this may be possible. Thank you for your time!
