Many of our clients feel restricted by the number of images they are currently able to post to their social platforms via HubSpot.    They are desperately seeking the functionality to be able to post more images specifically to Facebook and LinkedIn.    Currently Hootsuite allows for an unlimited number of images to be posted to Facebook, and up to 9 images to LinkedIn, it would be great if HubSpot was able to match this.  ...read more

The new targeting options in conversations messages lacks the options to combine rules via AND operator. HubSpot is an important part of our marketing workflow and so HubSpot elements are used across our sites. As a developer, it's frustrating when HS makes changes to embedded elements without notifying users. This means that parts of our site break and we have no way of knowing until they've already broken.   We're working on switching to hardcoded forms that post to HubSpot's API because, in truth, my team is frustrated. That means that we won't collect impressions on forms; additionally, there's no API support for developers so we're referred to the forums when we find issues. As customers, we shouldn't need to hack our way to the desired product.   Is there any way my team can stay up to date on changes in HS embedded elements? (Not new feature rollouts -- just changes to form behavior, element naming, styling, etc.) And is HS considering adding developer support going forward? ...read more

It would be great if there were a way to integrate Instagram posts into landing pages.   Similar to how the lightbox is set up in the image gallery module. Just a grid of photos that link out to the instagram posts.    Example of Possible Instagram Module   A lot of people are on social media nowadays and it would be a great addition to someone's 'contact' or 'about' pages. The more social media presence you have, the more prospective clients you can reach. Hi team, Currently, when we reply to a customer within the Conversation inbox, all past emails within the same thread would automatically be shown as well. There might be times where we would like to keep certain parts of the email thread hidden when replying to customer. Hence, would be great if we have the ability to reply to specific email within the conversation inbox (e.g. Customer chatted in, A reply to B asking for help. Use Case: Often times a design will include overlapping content. How to replicate: You can do this with negative margins on a column, for example, but then it becomes impossible to click into that column in the page editor as it thinks you're trying to click into the section.   For example: in the below image the Column has a top margin of -160px and you can't click into it in the page editor (so the client will never be able to remove/edit that margin or any other spacing):   Drag-and-drop column with a negative margin   You can replicate this in any theme by choosing a column and updating the negative margin - you will be unable to click into that column on the page editor for future updates.   Request: It would be great if there were still a way for the content to click into that column's settings directly on the page (e.g. it has a higher z-index than the section below) or from the "Contents" tab in the sidebar (by adding columns to that area). ...read more

Marketing Hub Starter users with CMS add-on would like to send simple follow-up emails after form submissions, with native HubSpot forms and Landing Pages. Now that we do not have Basic, it is too much to upgrade to Marketing Hub Pro just for follow-up emails. How do you think? ...read more
