We're currently using HubSpot for Twitter posts, but when it comes to Facebook and LinkedIn... We simply can't, and here's why: we need to use language targeting for Facebook, as our fans speak various languages and we don't have the same message for each audience. Same punishment for LinkedIn: we use the audience targeting tool to be more relevant with our social posts. I assume that it is quite difficult with LinkedIn as their API seems to be have quite a few restrictions (e.g posting images) but Facebook geo-targeting and language tageting features must be available. ...read more

It would be nice to see conversion rate data (like you can in the Funnel Reports) of all deal stages even when a deal skips a stage.    Almost every sales organization I've been a part of has deals that will go from stage 1 to stage 3 or later, and skip stage 2 for one reason or another. In cases like these, it should still be counted as a conversion from stage 2 to 3 even though it was not "placed" in stage 2.       ...read more

It would be a nice feature to allow the customization of the default six fields that the business card scan feature ask (Full name, job title, email, company, Phone, Website) and allow to decide which fields are showed after scan. As a salesperson, I need to be able to track when a quote is viewed, and clicked on so that I can more astutely engage with the customer who the opportunity is with.   Putting on my product manager hat, I would suggest that HubSpot Sales users are able to not only see views and link clicking, but that you would also enable deeper analytics like those found in Hotjar...i.e. heatmapping & Session recording while the customer guest is viewing the web-hosted quote. ...read more

It would be fantastic if we could setup a recurring email for a specific report. In my use case, we regularly export the sent marketing emails to csv and report on them.   If this could be scheduled monthly to either send me an email or save to a shared drive location such as onedrive that would be super helpful.   Another option would be to make pulling this data out of the API a possibility that would provie the same benefit. ...read more

I have seen several merged chats suggesting that people leave their email so companies can follow up. I understand this idea was delivered, and a prompt to leave an email was added to the chat feature. However, I am wondering if we can add a mandatory email field to the chat so we have a way to follow-up with leads who do not leave an email voluntarily. When creating meeting links in Hubspot it has the option to pick when a meeting can be scheduled. Currently there is a limit of 11 weeks.   Having no limit or a yearly limit would be extremely helpful as we schedule annual and quarterly calls with clients usually 3-6 months out in advance.  We are trying to get additional individuals on Hubspot but they schedule by the quarter and 11 weeks does not allow far enough out in the future for scheduling with customers. ...read more

Hi,   I am a true Hubspot fan but find it ludicrous that it does not take marketing and sales to the final mile - to be able to report and monitor on key marketing metrics. For example...How to measure the different KPI's I have in my funnel ie:   CPL - Cost per lead CPMQL - Cost per MQL CPSQL - Cost per SQL CPDEMO - Cost per Demo CAC - Cost per Customer   This needs to be a feature. We need to be able to see this: Over time in absolute numbers As % increases or decreases over time etc, etc. Without it we can not make the major marketing decisions. As marketers we need to compare all channels and their true performane over time in order to know how to optimize and allocate marketing budgets.
