I would like to be able to create my own personalized drag and drop email templates in the design manager. So instead of starting to create new drag and drop templates from scratch each time and adjusting them to the CI guidelines OR cloning templates which I have created according to CI, I want to build the basic templates by using the design manager. This way, users can select from my company-specific templates when creating emails (rather than choosing the five templates provided by HubSpot) and they are still able to be creative and do their dragging and dropping, but with certain design limitations.    This functionality is essential for large companies in order to ensure that CI guidelines are being adhered to. If not implemented, the drag and drop is basically useless. Also, simple cloining of drag and drop emails won't do the trick: Just think about the end of the year when the copyright date needs to be changed. Hi there, we really need to run filters on dates using relative terms like "today", "yesterday" etc. -- Salesforce has this ability and it's extrememly useful: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=custom_dates.htm   Currently, if we want to run a List around our customers who expire at some point in the future, we have to go in and change the "after date" fitler each time to update the current date. Some deals are closed once, but are renewed every week, month or year without having to close them again. Therefore, it would be great to have renewable deals that are automatically shown in the dashboard as recurring revenue.    This means we don't have to create a new deal each time and move it to the closed stage in order to show the closed amount in the performance dashboard  ...read more

We love the new Quote Approval function, but would like to be able to have more than a single approver.  There are several reasons why:   1) If the approver is out for an extended time, it would be important for them to easily be able to delegate approval to someone else in their absence so we don't end up with delays in our sales process.   2) We would like our quotes to go through an engineering review and approval before going to Sales approval, given the complexity of our solutions.   3) There are certain approvals that may need to trigger CEO approval based on whether we are recommending an aggressive pricing approach to compete on an opportunity.  We would like that option in our workflows. ...read more

Hi,   I want a pony.   I discussed this after my initial request to sync with Salesforce had been resolved excellently by HubSpot Technical Support. So, since that was done to my satisfaction, I asked for a pony. I was told that I cut out a bit and to please repeat what I said, so, I restated my request and was told, unfortunately that that cannot be done   I was then told that it would be "so awesome if I could make a pony gallop across your screen right now." I agree. I said I would file this as a ticket in HubSpot Ideas. I really need the ability to create reports using OR filters instead of just AND filters.  For example, we use fields like AC1 and AC2 when a contact has multiple accounts.  When I create a report, I want to be able to see if there are customers with values in either of those fields, not just one or both. ...read more

It would be useful if it were possible to set up a subscription preference type which is private or could be hidden from everyone.   For example this could be used for an internal employee newsletter who would have a subscription category that cannot be signed up for by external people.  Or, if you have a specific group of customers who you want to sign up to a certain type of emails and therefore limit who would be able to access that subscription. ...read more

I want my reps to be able to edit records they are assigned to, but not have the ability to create a new record (deal, company or contact).    With anyone being able to create a record, we deal with duplicates, false information, and skewed data.   When we control the record creation, we can be sure our data is clean and accurate.   As businesses grow and have more and more sales, service or marketing reps, it seems unlikely every single user would be responsible for creating records, or should even be able to create records.   Surprised there is no setting for this in roles and permissions, but would love to see it added in the near future. ...read more
