Right now, you have to be somewhat proficient in CSS and HTML to use the design manager for marketing assets such as landing pages and emails. This backend design platform is not very user-friendly and is somewhat confusing to use. I come from a background of frontend design platforms like MailChimp for emails, and Instapage for landing pages. Those platforms were so easy to use and the marketing assets I was able to create were so clean and professional, all because they made it easy and user-friendly for all designers and marketing professionals (all levels, beginner to advance). You can drag and drop elements (picture and text blocks) right onto the design space and see what it loos like right then and there. I feel that HubSpot should really consider a frontend design platform.

Would love to the ability to further integrate our AdRoll account with HubSpot under the Ads Report section with Facebook, LinkedIn and Adwords. The information is already being saved within the source fields. I would love to track ROI by deals created with a source of AdRoll ads. Without running a workaround report.

Fairly simple, I would like for the CRM to randomly select an agent when a deal is created. As far as I can tell there is no way to do that. I know I can automate the deal stage to assign an owner but it only allows me to select one person.

If a user in Hubspot receives a notification about an email, the email is shown in full length. However, this is pretty much annoying when trying to get an overview about recent notifications. I suggest to add a notification option limiting previews of notification entries to X characters, so you could have anything between 30 charactes and like "unlimited".

Hey Community, I just figured out that setting goals for the team require Super Admin rights. I don't quite understand why this can't be done on an Admin level as I don't want to give our Teamlead full access to Hubspot. I would suggest implementing this on normal Admin or Sales level.

It would be great if there were a way to integrate Instagram posts into landing pages. Similar to how the lightbox is set up in the image gallery module. Just a grid of photos that link out to the instagram posts. Example of Possible Instagram Module A lot of people are on social media nowadays and it would be a great addition to someone's 'contact' or 'about' pages. The more social media presence you have, the more prospective clients you can reach. Plus, it would add to your credibility on your pages. In my opinion, being able to use this type of module throughout your pages would be really beneficial.

We are looking to move over to the Messages Tool but one feature that I currently don't have is not knowing when a chat has been closed on either side of the conversation. It would be nice to notify both sides when either party closes/ends the chat.

I'd like to see more customizabliity for the dashboards. Right now you can either do 50% width or 100% width, which looks odd when you have just a single number there. I'd like to see this more like Salesforce, which allows you to make your dashboard into 12 seperate columns. This would help me show more data without having excessive whit space and excessive scrolling. With this i'd also like to see the ability to make the reports on a dashboard shorter since they tend to have alot of white space, as seen in my screenshot above. Here is a screenshot of the way Salesforce does their columns / rows:

Currently, from the file manager we can see all the source URL of that particular image. However, it would be useful to be able to see which page is the image is used, and the URL that particular image has. The reason being is we often change the image in the content so it would be nice if we can keep track of which image is currently used on live page and link URL that is attached to the particular image.

While it's always great to help out others in the community and have that reciprocated when looking for solutions myself, it really doesn't make sense to me that the users receiving answers cannot easily view a full profile of those that help them. I've written out my profile, but none of the information is visible to other users. It would be great if anyone I help could actually see who I am and learn a little more about our agency, with my signature on comments linked to our company website etc. I'm in no way wanting to turn the community into a lead-gen farm - and those type of comments should be actively discouraged - but it would make it far more worth mine and other users time to post solutions regularly, if doing so could result in some inbound leads! If the helpee has an immediate need for more of the same expertise, it makes sense that they be presented with the ability to easily find out more should they wish. This holds especially true for people with generic names such as mine that can't so easily be found on LinkedIn 😉
