As a Super Admin, I would like to have access to switch users from available to away, in chat, in case they forget or are terminated.

It would be great to be able to change the default meeting reminder email or meeting booked email when creating a scheduling page. The minor customization allowed in the form of additional unformtted text is not enough. It would also be great to be able to make changes to the confirmation email that is sent when a meeting is scheduled. The current text of the meeting reminder email is: Hello, This is a friendly reminder that we have a meeting booked on: 11 Jun 2018 17:20 EST I look forward to meeting with you,

Can you please build a control panel for admins to access where they can see who is using the Messages tool and what their status is - "online" or "away mode", with the option to edit individual user's status. If the user forgets to log out and is traveling/on vacation etc. it would super useful to have a way of controlling this. I have Sales users globally and trying to have an overview of the Messages tool at the moment is almost impossible!

We are looking to move over to the Messages Tool but one feature that I currently don't have is not knowing when a chat has been closed on either side of the conversation. It would be nice to notify both sides when either party closes/ends the chat.

I'm looking at our email overview results, https://app.hubspot.com/email/1821116/analyze/overview/emails, and I see that when set on all email types it also includes internal emails. I was hoping to be able to get an average open and ctr rate for all the MARKETING emails we send in a custom date range and those internal emails are throwing off the results. My idea is to exclude internal emails from these results.

When changing unlocked modules on a template, the changes do not pull through on existing pages. This makes sense and there is the option to lock the module or create a global group, but it would be great to have the option to apply changes to an unlocked module to all pre-existing pages using that template. This could be in a form of a checkbox on the module for example. This way, the module could stay unlocked to make changes on the page-level, if desired, or apply the changes to all pages, if needed at certain times.

Posting on behalf of customer on the idea to create a module for videos that display as a pop up on the same page without opening new windows or tabs. Much like the videos used by Wistia but be native to HubSpot.

The File Manager should give me the posibilities to set the URL of an uploaded file in the root directory that could be domain.com/file.xyz

Hi, I want a pony. I discussed this after my initial request to sync with Salesforce had been resolved excellently by HubSpot Technical Support. So, since that was done to my satisfaction, I asked for a pony. I was told that I cut out a bit and to please repeat what I said, so, I restated my request and was told, unfortunately that that cannot be done I was then told that it would be "so awesome if I could make a pony gallop across your screen right now." I agree. I said I would file this as a ticket in HubSpot Ideas. So I am. I think that it would largely be agreed that we work pretty hard and that we deserve ponies. If you agree, pleaseee share this with your teammates and vote this up. We want ponies. We each deserve a pony. We demand ponies. Give us our ponies.
