Currently, only first name, last name, email, and phone number fields are translated in the "Lead Flows" forms. This results in a bad customer experience when clients fill lead flow forms. That would be great if we could either : 1. Translate by ourselves the fields we use in "Lead Flows" forms, or 2. Get the other fields translated as well (Company name, job title, etc.). Thanks ! (Please note that this could be solved if we could use Forms from "Contact" tab directly in Lead Flows since custom translation is available in Forms from contact tab.)

Is there a parameter that will whitelist or blacklist certain modules for the Flexible Column? Setting which modules can be used in a column would be excellent. Flexible Columns could be a very useful if that were the case, but having to sort through every available primitive, global module, and custom module every time is not ideal. Am I missing something?

Hello, i want to propose you to make a new feature. I'm using Shopify and i can't use the products into my emails, or automatised emails. I think it can be a big improvment because for now, i must use another tools like Kalviyo.

Fairly simple, I would like for the CRM to randomly select an agent when a deal is created. As far as I can tell there is no way to do that. I know I can automate the deal stage to assign an owner but it only allows me to select one person.

We are looking to move over to the Messages Tool but one feature that I currently don't have is not knowing when a chat has been closed on either side of the conversation. It would be nice to notify both sides when either party closes/ends the chat.

Currently, staging contents feature is only able to staging the content it self. Sometimes, we require to test the template. However, when template is edited, the template that is associated with live page will have affected change. I understand that there is Local Hubl Server to test out the HubL, but it would be easier if we can test and staging the template within HubSpot tools

I need a separate create permission and edit permission. Because we want some people to be able to edit but not create deals. I have seen that a lot of users have similar request.

Our social media team is thrilled that we can now schedule up to 10 images on Instagram and would like the same cability on Facebook and LinkedIn as right now we're limited to four. While we can post directly from the sites themselves (10 on FB, 9 on LI), we're unable to connect the post to a campaign, which impacts campaign metrics. It also means that we can't schedule those LinkedIn posts ahead of time.

We are running into an issue post CRM implementation with a large number of users (200+) and keeping track of their last login date. Right now, we have to manually go to the users & teams section and look at each persons last login date. Other reporting features for last login are not accurate and only show the last time someone was required to login vs last time accessing HubSpot. As an admin, this would be extremely valuable because we want to keep track of who is logging in vs not at all since activity once logged in could vary from creating a deal, adding a contact, creating a note, etc.
