All HubSpot sites are getting dinged on pagespeed for renderblocking javascript and CSS in the header. This can be mitigated if hubspot were to by default load: https://static.hsstatic.net/…sets/static-1.4040/css/public_common.css https://cdn2.hubspot.net/…default/shared/responsive/layout.min.css asynchronously or allow us to {%include%} it into our css styles.  In addition HubSpot could also minify the html on the server side automatically.   There may be other methods HubSpot could use to improve their score, but overall of the top partner agencies using hubspot most score between 20 and 55 out of 100 in pagespeed tests.  The biggest factor google seems to be dinging for is jquery being in the header and the multiple required css files. ...read more

Currently dashboard reports show the total number of contacts related and you can't view who those contacts are without separately creating a list, or creating a variation of the dashboard report which isn't available for all report types (for example, it's not available for the funnel report).   It would be really helpful if I could just click into each funnel stage to see a view of who the contacts in each stage are. This would be helpful across all reports, not just the funnel, and would save a lot of time and duplication of work creating reports in the dashboard and cross referencing to find out who the contacts in question are by creating lists.   This is possible in other reporting tools such as InsightSquared, and I would love to see it available in HubSpot too. Within HubSpot we are allowed to send up to 1000 emails a day. It would be very help to be able to change that to a lower number. Just because HubSpot allows it, does not mean Gmail does. Gmail would flag your account as spam and so therefore sending 1000 would not be good. I suggest having at least the options of 100, 250, 500, 750 and 1000 or even better be able to manually write in a max of how many a company would like their employees to send.  ...read more

Many of my clients already define many of their HubSpot Campaigns around specific events, so it would be helpful to be able to directly associate a Marketing Event with a campaign so that Registrants and Attendees would show as Influenced Contacts, etc., automatically.  This is especially helpful for cases where registration for an event would be captured outside of a HubSpot form submission (e.g., registering through EventBrite LP). When selecting Country as an option, the bot offers the client all the countries in your list of 100+ buttons. This should be offered as a dropdown. Use case: I need to route sales requests to the sales people in the clients country. ...read more

Please consider including functionality to allow social media planners to target specific locations (as you can already do natively) this will allow global teams to plan and schedule content which is localised for each region. We manage multiple companies within Hubspot and just signed up for Service Hub and were excited for the possibility of completely servicing our companies within a unified Hubspot system. However, we noticed big limitations when it comes to servicing multiple brands, companies, and websites through the Customer Feedback tool.  Currently, there is no option to customize the sending address or footer information for individual surveys. Customer Feedback Surveys will send from the default email set in Email Configuration Settings. Additionally, the information in the footer defaults to "This is a service from defaultwebsite.com. Delivered by Hubspot.", and the address below defaults to Hubspot's. There is also no option to remove the (non-required) link to managing list preferences, which reveals our various companies and their various lists to our customers.   These limitations in the Feedback Tool make it unusable for our company. We switched over from ZenDesk, which offers the ability to gain multibrand insights through their customer feedback. I know Service Hub is only a few months into development, but this is an urgent need for us and, I'm sure, many other companies looking to utilize the Service Hub,.   Our idea — enable the Feedback Tool to support mutiple brands, companies, and websites by allowing: The sending address to be customized on a survey-by-survey basis. It would be really helpful if we could add more than 10 widgets per reports dashboard. Right now we have it set up so each salesperson has their own dashboard, but I can only show a limited amount of information. I could create multiple dashboards per salesperson, but that is just going to get confusing and will be a hassle if we always have to switch between.    It seems like this would be an easy fix, but maybe there is a hurdle I am unaware of. ...read more
