I would love to be able to add in the new association labels using a workflow - rather than needing to do this manually. this would enable businesses who have contact A who makes a booking and Contacts B, C, D etc who attend a course or an event flagged as attendees. so a business knows which are valuable contacts.   It would also be helpful to be able to use a workflow to send different communications to clients based on their association tag. ...read more

I use HubSpots workflows a ton and viewing their success/failures more easily, like in a dashboard, would be great. I have MQL and SQL workflows that run regularly and also create them for large events we exhibit at and it would be great to more readily see their results and determine which workflows/emails need the most optimization.  ...read more

We have quite a number of workflows in HubSpot that classify, notify, assign tasks and owners. If such users are out of office, processes get stuck in the dead end waiting for the users to eg come back from vacation. We are using rotation in some cases to make sure that eg an initial follow up still takes place by a team member even if the initial user didn’t react in time. We also added delays of 1 day to make sure the initially selected users had the opportunity to work on a task. After that delay a rotation takes place. Bad enough that the first user was out of office, the next that received the task via rotation was OoO as well. We cannot delay and rotate again and again until we finally find one that actually works on the follow up action. Please add an option where users (and as a fallback the team lead/delegate) can set themselves Out of Office and define their delegate to make sure that important workflows don‘t get stuck due to absence or at least get delayed by several days until rotation finally found a user. We should be able to choose if we want to associate only the primary company or all the companies of the contact while creating a new deal via workflow. Please add this option to the create record action in workflows ...read more

HubSpot Marketing currently only allows smart lists and workflows to use Deal date fields as absolute values (eg. August 17, 2017). This makes it very difficult to create smart lists and workflows based on aging deals or moving time ranges.   The ability to use relative date fields (eg. today, older than 2 weeks, less than 2 months ago) would open up so many possibilities in dynamic workflow enrollment. ...read more

A nice to have chatflow is the ability to auto-set all users/teams to "Away" when the business hours end of day parameter has been met so that our agents do not forget to do this themselves.    Is it possible to set a global or individual daily reminder for agents in HubSpot?   ...read more

It would be nice if we could see a list/round-up of contacts who met a workflow goal and are included in the "GOAL CONVERSION RATE" in the workflow performance tab.   You can view/edit the goal right from there, but it would be really nice to be able to click the # of contacts and have a list of them appear for analysis purposes. ...read more

Use Case: Our support team rotates who handles incoming Conversations and Tickets. In the Conversation inbox, we can automate assignment round robin style to allow multiple agents to work a given inbox while ensuring no Conversations slip through the cracks. We would like a consistent way of working to carry across to Tickets. We have multiple pipelines, with Tickets created from form submissions via various workflows. Currently, we can only set the workflow to assign a Ticket to no one, the Contact owner or a specific user. We need to spread the workload around by allowing a round robin type of Ticket assignment amongst multiple users (agents).   Request: Enable automatic Ticket assignment rotation from within Workflows, similar to how lead rotation concept works. Ideally, we would be able to assign a weight to each agent in cases where there are primary agents for a certain pipeline and then support people who could help out when the pipeline is very full of Tickets in busy seasons.   Note: I can do this now with the Rotate Contact Owner step and then assign to Contact Owner in the Create Ticket step in the flow, but in many cases we don't want to change the primary owner of the Contact record, only the Ticket assignment.   Reference for Lead Rotation: https://www.hubspot.com/product-updates/automate-lead-rotation-and-task-and-deal-creation-in-hubspot-crm ...read more

It would be helpful to have a way of exporting what was the last email they received, what email they unsubscribed from, and a reason as to why they unsubscribed.    It would be benefical for us to get to know our leads better and helps with segmentation of similar leads that are still subscribed.  ...read more
